Absolutely LOVE my ring
Absolutely LOVE my ring. Slightly big but when my fingers swell up in the heat it will be fine!!! It's super sparkly and first time on someone remarked how lovely it was. Will defo be ordering more.

Great lifetime guarantee & customer service
It’s really nice jewellery, some of the nicest designs I’ve seen in the tarnish-proof category. But best of all, when a part of my ring did fade in colour a bit, I contacted them to ask about their lifetime warranty, and within a few hours they’d dispatched a replacement ring! Scam Jewelry that Fades
The bracelet was very pretty upon arrival. Sadly, it began to fade to silver within 2 months. Adding insult to injury, the latch is TERRIBLE. It falls off if you look at it wrong. NEVER AGAIN. Do not buy!

I bought d.Louise stacking set off Vinted to see if they are as waterproof as they say they are before I buy from the store and I can’t tell you enough how the quality is fantastic, 2 weeks in Malta sun sea and pool everyday not taking them off and look as good as new. Had an issue with the order, contacted support team via WhatsApp and got it sorted in no time. Exceptional service, even replaced the item with a more expensive item without additional cost by way of apology. 5 star, items are amazing as well, love my new dainty bracelet and looking forward to receiving paper clip bracelet now as well!

I ordered the gold tennis bracelet and absolutely love it. I haven’t taken it off since I got it. Recently, one of the stones came loose and I contacted customer service. I honestly can't fault the customer service I received today. Unfortunately, a necklace I purchased two years ago has tarnished for some reason. I sent a WhatsApp message, with photos and received a reply within 5 minutes. I was immediately offered a replacement item or the value of the original item in credit. As my original item was no longer available, I chose the credit and I was sent a code for that amount, valid for two years (again, in less than 10 minutes). I'm sad because the original item held a lot of sentimental meaning for me, but these things happen and I'm really grateful for how friendly, helpful and speedy my experience was. I would absolutely recommend DLouise.

I’ve had a few pieces of jewellery from D Louise and have been very happy with them. Unfortunately one of the diamantés came out of a ring that I’ve only had for 8 months.
D Louise have been very helpful when contacted about the issue. Within a few hours of a few emails back and forth they have agreed to send me another ring.
There has been no dispute over this matter, all very straight forward.
