I really love the earrings I bought from Hey Harper. One of the earrings broke 3 months after purchasing, I contacted customer service and they were brilliant. I had a super speedy response and a code to re-purchase the earrings with free delivery. Genuinely the best, most efficient customer service and a lovely product. Would recommend

I've bought necklaces and earrings online, I wear it to the pool, shower and gym and they actually don't fade. Great quality and customer support! I've been wearing their mini hoop and sardine necklace as my daily earrings jewelry for over a year now, its great and still looks as good as new.
I also ordered some stuff as christmas gifts!
I had an incorrect order delivered once and they shipped the right one very quickly! They also have a color warranty, so if your jewelry fades, they'll just replace it!

The annoying this is their supposed "sales" online, they mark it as 50% off when that is really the same price they sell items for in a brick & mortar store. So things are really never on sale, just a gimmick. The actual items are just okay.

I started with just one ring and one necklace, when the waterproof trend first came out. Several years later, I'm now close to owning 20 pieces and my active collection is 95% Hey Harper. I wear their pieces daily!
The designs are beautiful, suit my petite frame and I appreciate the ease of waterproof jewellery meaning one less thing to think about every day.
I've also had good experiences with their customer service when I needed assistance.
It's one of the few brands I find myself returning to again and again x

I ordered a necklace from them and forgot to use a code at checkout. They were so kind and applied it retroactively. They were so prompt to respond and so kind. A great product and great shopping experience.

I recently had a slight problem with my delivery. I contacted customer services. Janice could not have been more helpful. It was sorted out the same day and i received an updated delivery two days later. This is the first time i have shopped with Hey Harper but it wont be the last

Even though my monogram bracelet broke shortly after having purchased it, Hey Harper offered to replace it for me, giving me a discount code - which they promptly changed the value of since the bracelet is more expensive now than it was when I first bought it.

I experienced a glitch at checkout during an extremely generous, time sensitive promotion. Hey Harper not only restored the promotion for me, they set up my cart, and responded very quickly. When I emailed them, I knew it was a shot in the dark as to whether I’d receive the promotion. But the customer service team didn’t even hesitate. This experience, coupled with my enjoyment of the Hey Harper products I already own, has made me a customer for life!
