The parcel wwas delivered on advised day. I would prefer if before delivery I had been advised am or pm. Evi gives an hour slot on the day which is very helpful. I know on the day you do send a text... See more

Delivery driver rang doorbell but didn’t even wait one minute to allow me to answer. Parcel just left on doorstep in full view of local footpath. Hence the decrease in the usual five star rating.

After making a complaint last week…

After making a complaint last week because 4 days i had notifications delivery was happening, yet no one came. I made a complaint and was assured it wouldn’t happen again.
Ordered something else and same problems this week. Telling me out for delivery then no one comes! Lost 2 days already this week as result.
Over an hour each time to try and get through to complaints just to hear sorry, we will try again tomorrow.
You haven’t even attempted, so you haven’t tried yet at all.
Your voicemail asks for kindness - what about you showing us kindness and do your job?!
I’ve lost so much money waiting in for no one to come!
Avoid at all costs! They don’t care about you, just want your money!

I've always had a great experience with Royal Mail. The staff are friendly, helpful, approachable and professional. The delivery service is reliable, and the team always do their best to make sure parcels arrive safely and on time.

It's lovely to experience such good customer service. In my opinion, Royal Mail is one of the best delivery services in the UK. Thank you to all the team for your hard work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Prices have gone crazy

Prices have gone crazy, plus you now have addons. First collection was free and then paid and now gone up to 50p insane and you don't always turn up, AND if you collect you add an extra day for first class post, plus you want additional money for tracking.
I am done with your price increase and are now going digital so no more postage costs. £3.60 for posting, 50p for collection, 60p for tracking plus an addition day if collected. £4.70 for a large letter 110grams, you have lost the plot!

The supplier chose Royal Mail

We did not choose Royal Mail. This is the delivery service used by the supplier.
There were a number of update emails.
The parcel was delivered on the predicted day even if it was a bit later than forecast.

Royal Mail sent back my parcel on the…

Royal Mail sent back my parcel on the day of a missed delivery without giving me any chance to pick it up from a delivery office in person.

The red slip QR code/number was useless during delivery, it did not show me any information at all, and I have tried going to the office in person only to be met with no information whatsoever. It's only when the sender sent me a notification that the parcel was returned to sender I was able to find out what happened.

The package was very important to me because it was my passport. The fact that a special delivery parcel was treated this way is appalling and now I have to spend my additional time and money to travel ~9 hours to retrieve it in person over somebody else's mistake.

Terrible service and communication.
