Parcel was left in an unsafe place
Parcel was left in full view by the front door, despite clear instructions to leave it in a safer place.
Clearly the delivery person did not read the delivery instructions and also ignored the clear notice posted on the front door.
If he/she decide to save time by not to leaving it in the safe place, why not open the door (it wasn't locked), or ring the door bell (we were in)?
