I placed an order nearly a month ago now but have not received anything from Riley other than their newsletter. No info re delivery, tracking etc has been sent beyond the initial order confirmation. I've followed up with hello@riley three times to enquire as to the status and haven't received a response. I then resorted to writing a comment on their instagram as they seem to be very active on that platform. They interacted with comments etc made on their page after I left my comment but have not acknowledged mine. Bizarre. I can't comment on the quality of the product but wouldn't recommend due to their abysmal customer service.

I was really quite surprised how different using Riley pads would be to the ones I've been using previously. A lot more comfortable, non-irritating and much less odour.
They don't feel as dry when absorbing though so that is taking a bit of time to get used to; but the way I felt after my period is worth that slight discomfort.

Ordered the Super size Tampons from Riley with the reusable applicator and honestly I'm so impressed!! They are great products, even for my heavy period they withstand it, which I had issues with that before. Really comfortable as well, I reccomend it to all my friends! 🤎

Packing and applicator is flimsy. I had so much hope for this product but I was disappointed. If you improve this I will definitely return as a customer

Riley has been an absolute game changer for me! The comfort i feel now compared to when i used store bought well known brands, the irratation i always felt during a period is gone, since using riley i feel so comfy, fresh and just feel all round much more healthier. And i always like to support our own Irish Brands and Businesses! 11/10!!!!!

I love the concept of these products being natural as I’m currently go through IVF and in the very early stages of pregnancy so trying these products really appealed to me. I bought the pantyliners and the pads. To date I’ve only used the pantyliners as I need to wear these everyday at the moment. However, my experience hasn’t been great, if I’m honest and I’ve had to revert to the Always pantyliners.
Firstly, the pantyliners don’t stick very well and constantly come away from my underwear, so I end up having to replace them more regularly or go to the bathroom to adjust them, as they tend gather in the middle and just get stuck in awkward places.
Secondly, they begin to breakdown (disintegrate) very quickly, even when there is a bit of “moisture”, and there doesn’t seem to be any soakage at all. Any moisture at all and it comes through to my underwear, which I then have to change, so really not ideal. Obviously I don’t expect pantyliners to hold lots of moisture but the Always pantyliners always work fine for me, so I just don’t think the cotton is durable enough. I haven’t used the Pads yet as I ordered them before I knew I was pregnant, so I’ll reserve judgement :)

The ordering and delivery process was fantastic, very clear and easy! I am in love with the products, especially the seed heat pad...
I love the company's aesthetic, values and mission, and it's great to know that I support a small female owned Irish company. The pads are not as absorbent as most conventional ones would be, but that can encourage better hygiene habits. They hug the body perfectly though, and are super soft. I would appreciate extra large "night-time" pads if they can be developed!!

Honestly, I wasnt sure if there was going to be a difference. But Riley products are a night and day difference to the "big" brands. Ive always struggled with severe pain on my cycle, tampons seemed to add more discomfort, Riley products have changed everything for me. Ive used the tampons, liners and pads. HIGHLY recommend ladies!! A simple change for more self care for yourself🫶

Fast delivery and lovely products that didn't irritate my skin. Very happy with them. Planning on signing up for the subscription now.
