I gave Refurbed 4 Stars because the iMac arrived without the correct Power Charger and the Keyboard was damaged due to poor packaging. This was not directly Refurbed's fault. It was the seller SYA who are in Belgium who were at fault. Refurbed have a help line which was answered promptly (rare these days) and a very understanding and helpfull girl assisted me with the issue. I received emails from SYA through the Refurbed platform and the issue was resolved quickly and without delay. The correct Charger and a new Keyboard arrived within a week. While I was impressed with the speedy resoloution, I could have done without the initial disappointment of the first shipment. However I would have no hesitation in recommending Refurbed. I got a fantastic high powered machine at half the price of a new one and it looks brand new. I opted in for the extended warranty of 30 months which was not expensive.

Problems with delivery, it was delayed. I was also expecting that it is more local and eco friendly. But it was imported to EU from Asia like any other newer product. The state of the phone is also not OK - I have a pink line appearing on the screen. So overall it would be better I bought a used phone directly from someone locally or to just buy a new one.

Good product

The refurbished phone arrived sooner than expected, it was easier to transfer my information from the old phone than anticipated, the phone was exactly as described and works well. I am pleased that I chose Refurbed.

The Dutch customer service is terrible. Our AirPods broke down within the first year of warranty. Instead of offering to honor the legal rights of customers they offer only 2/3 of what I’ve paid. They’re supposed to give the money back if this is a warranty thing.

Besides not honoring warranty laws, they are terribly slow in responding.

Don’t buy here.
