We also do not hide the fact that we may use Premium parts. This information is available both on our website and in our stores. Depending on the device, model and availability, we use either original parts or Premium parts.

Ordered Twice, Cancelled Twice — Buyer Beware
This happened twice within three weeks. I purchased a phone through the website, and the next day I was notified that my order had been cancelled.
The first time, customer support told me it was likely a system error. However, the payment remained held for almost a month, which was extremely frustrating.
Because I had a positive experience with them five years ago, I decided to give them a second chance. Before placing a new order, I contacted customer service to ask how I could avoid the same issue happening again. They advised me to purchase a model showing more than one unit in stock. I followed their recommendation, yet the exact same thing happened: the order was cancelled again.
At this point, it genuinely feels like they are selling items they do not actually have available. Although support staff were polite when I called after this 2nd cancellation, they offered no meaningful solution or accountability. It was me who suggested some form of compensation, such as a discount code, due to the the repeated inconvenience, but that was refused as well. It actually feels like they would rather have me taking my business elsewhere.

We are truly sorry to hear about the repeated issues you’ve encountered with your orders. Having two consecutive orders cancelled—especially after following our recommendations—is far from the experience we want to provide. We fully understand your frustration.
We would like to clarify that we never intentionally sell items we do not have. However, there can occasionally be a delay in our system's synchronization between our physical stores and the webshop. If a product is sold in a physical store at the exact same time an order is placed online, it can unfortunately result in a cancellation.
Regarding your concern about the payment, we would like to emphasize that we never hold onto your money longer than necessary. Once we cancel an order and initiate the refund, the transaction is processed by the bank within 1-4 business days. From that point on, it is entirely dependent on your specific bank and their processing times when the funds will appear in your account.
We truly value your loyalty over the past five years and hope to have the chance to restore your confidence in us.

It is certainly not our intention for a device in "Like New" condition to have visible scratches or marks on the frame or around the camera. Regarding the battery health, we always guarantee a capacity between 80% and 100%. If a battery's capacity is below 80%, we replace it before the device is put up for resale, but we only guarantee it to be within the 80-100% range. I am very pleased with the concept and execution of the store and site. Though I've used GreenMind a number of times and been satisfied, this purchase experience was not positive. My klik-og-hent order was charged to my account around noon, but was never completed. When I arrived at the store several hours later, I waited for service but was virtually ignored. Once I got their attention, they couldn't find any order information, then didn't know if the product had been pulled from display and prepped (it had not). All the while the delay was treated as if it was a completely normal transaction. The experience probably won't dissuade me from using your company, but it was a disappointing interaction with your systems and sales training.

Heartwarming experience
I had a very beautiful experience with Greenmind. I had ordered my daughter’s samsung phone from them online, on a ridiculously cheap price😊, I had the benefit of choosing a shop near me where it should be-delivered and it was delivered in 2 days. Wow!
As if that wasn’t enough, I opened the package and realised the charging cord wasn’t in it, and I went to their store in Aalborg to complain. The attendant requested to see the purchase receipt, apologised and gave me a new cord immediately, my daughter and I were surprised and elated.
