I got set up - I regret.
Actually I find the principles of the company nice, but I had a bad experience. I wanted to change to iphone from android and I sold my one year old Google Pixel 8. I took good care of it and it did not have any scratches (it was in an indestructible case the whole time). The assistant seemed to me to try to find anything he can, so that he does not pay me anything. First he said it is locked by a code (wasn't). Then said there are scratches so he cannot sell it as new. I did not want to ask if it is a second hand shop why would you want a device to look as completely shiny new (however my phone looked completely like new). After some time he said he cannot give me much, so for an unreasonably small price we agreed (I regret it) because this type doesn't sell well - he said. I feel I got set up. I don't think I will do business with them ever again. This was the second time I got so little (previously I did not get anything for a completely fine phone).

I’d like to give you a bit of insight into how we set our prices: it depends on the condition of the device, how many we already have in stock across our stores, and how quickly the model usually sells. Unfortunately, the Google Pixel 8 is not one of the models that moves quickly for us, and if we expect it to sit on the shelf for months before being sold, this naturally lowers the price.
This is not meant as an excuse, but simply to give you some understanding of the background for our valuation. If a device is defective or too old to receive updates, we unfortunately cannot offer anything for it – but we always make sure it’s handled responsibly and recycled through the right channels.
I do hope you’ll consider giving us another chance in the future so we can give you a better experience.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy phone on 3th of September and I got the order number right away. Then from another shop I ordered phone case and screen protector for the phone. Today, after 5 days, they send me the cancellation mail without ANY EXPLANATION! And the phone protectors should be sent back to the other company thanks to Greenmind as i can’t receive the exact phone i ordered. Thank you so much for the hassle you’ve caused. 1 star is a bit too much for this company. Never again.

Beklager virkelig den skuffelse – sådan skal det bestemt ikke være. En iPhone “som ny” handler om standen udvendigt, ikke det indvendige batteri.
Apple har selv defineret, at et batteri med 80% eller derover er godkendt, og det kan du finde info om hos dem. Hos os siger vi som regel, at kapaciteten skal være minimum 83%, når vi sender enheder ud – og det er meget sjældent, at de ligger på 80%.

The real truth about the smartest company in Denmark.
They are so smart. When I went to their website to sell my phone they said my phone was worth almost 1850kr + but when I went to store. Their employees said that, "No website isn’t always right it." I said then why your company didn’t fixed it. Then they replied it actually depends on the phone conditions then I show them my phone was totally perfect without any single spot and damage, I just use that 2-3 months. Then they said if you want to sell it we can give you 1300 kr. So my question to the greenmind administration that have you offer your employees to reduce money from buyer and giving them percentage or it is just out of your knowledge about their syndicate ?
I'm super excited to know the myth that how buyers getting scam.

Thank you for your review – I completely understand your frustration. It’s of course disappointing to experience a different price in-store than the one shown online.
For clarity: The price on our website is only a standard valuation based on 5 simple questions – nothing else. It’s meant purely as an approximate guide.
The price you receive in-store, however, is based on a physical inspection of the device and a current assessment of market and stock needs (for example IMEI/serial check, battery health, functionality test, model/GB/color, demand, and our actual stock levels). That’s why it is always the store (BC) that provides the final valuation and price.
I hope this gives you a better insight into the process.
And let me make one thing very clear: None of our staff receive any kind of bonus depending on the price they offer for a device.
That is an absolute rule.
We will also take your feedback on board and look at making it even clearer on the website that the online price is only an approximate estimate.

The Worst Repair Experience in Denmark – Avoid Greenmind at All Costs
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This has been the most frustrating, time-wasting, and ultimately costly experience I’ve had with any service in Denmark.
In April, the back screen of my iPhone 14 Pro Max broke. I went to Greenmind’s shop in Vesterbro, where I wasted several days going back and forth due to poor communication and unclear instructions, only to be sent all the way to their awful location in Ballerup. The repair cost nearly 5000 DKK — covered by my insurance, with 1000 DKK paid out of pocket as self-risk.
I was told the part used was “premium” (read: not original), and that there was a 2-year warranty. Less than a few weeks later, without any fall or damage on my part, the screen cracked again. I brought the phone back in, only to be told that the issue is “cosmetic” and not covered, meaning I would need to pay again nearly the price of a new device.
This is nothing short of a scam. Either the parts used were substandard, or the installation was poorly done — possibly too tight or with air gaps — but they take zero responsibility. The so-called warranty seems to mean nothing. The customer service is slow, unhelpful, and lacking in any transparency. Communication is confusing and inconsistent between Vesterbro and Ballerup locations.
I would never use Greenmind again. I’d rather keep a broken phone than pay them another krone. I’m now considering legal action, as this feels like clear negligence or even intentional exploitation of customers.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from Greenmind.

The MacBook Pro I received was locked and did not work. I was not offered a replacement computer and had to wait for a refund to order a new Macbookpro from the website. The second one finally worked. The customer service was slow and not very well coordinated. But I’m happy with the second computer I bought.
