Worst airline and stuff
Easyjet have earned, for me, the clear titles of worst airline with worst employees ever, and I will never ever book with them ever again. Even if I will have to pay more, I will do it but to avoid this company.
I had one of the worst travelling experiences in my life because of them, and the level of incompetence, ignorance, and entitlement of their stuff, specially at the equally bad Berlin Brandenburg airport.
It was an Easter Monday return flight and they caused us so much stress, returning from a vacation.
First they announced the flight delayed for 2 hours until 09.00, so we went to the longue as we arrived to the airport at 5.30. Then when we saw the early boarding announcement we went to the gate and arrived there within 20 min of the announcement. The gate was already closed and the gate stuff ( 2 females ) were one of the rudest, most incompetent people I have ever seen in my life. They didn't give any advise or explanation, other than they expect everyone to be waiting at the gate for 3 hours, so that they can freely decide when to take off.
For the records , I have flown alot in my life, and I have NEVER EVER missed a flight.
They they gave wrong information that we have to rebook online, and it turned this can only be done in the airport.
Then when I got to the drop off bags and asked who I can talk to to fix my problem, the guy there said there is none at the airport and I should do it online, and then the counter turned out to be just on the other side !!!
On the counter the experience were as bad, where them made us ( with a group of people having the same issue ) wait around an hour before booking us to the next flight , at 20.00 and we had to pay extra fee of 140 euros per person ( for an Easyjet flight !!!).
So we had to spend the whole day in this airport, they again the night flight was also delayed like 1 hour.
After the worst flying experience in my life, this company is blacklisted, and I also recommend you do the same, pay maybe a bit extra, but fly with a company where you know you could claim back your rights.
