The service is good,fast and with a…

The service is good,fast and with a perfect handling of goods.The only bad thing is the lack of communication with the customer if the customer is not home or doesn't hear the door .Would be nice to have the option in the app to change the delivery method to a shop ,for instance of the day before the customer will know it will not be at the adress.

This one was okay

This one was okay, but the other parcel you delivered to the wrong address.
Luckily I was able to receive it. There were multiple times you did not provide any notice of the parcel arriving and overall the safest is to choose delivery to the pickup point.
In general I avoid and use other carriers where possible.

I received the package in an unacceptable condition. It was open upon arrival and almost completely destroyed. I am extremely dissatisfied with the condition in which my order was delivered and would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue
