I ordered a beautiful necklace which arrived and I can just say they took me step by step from designing it to the packaging to delivery keeping me updated at all times. Would highly recommend to anyone how beautiful crafted the jewellery is and beautifully presented thank you

I ordered an Arabic named necklace for my wife. Initially it looked great but over a short period of time we found the "obsessive attention to detail" statement by prya is not true because the Arabic letters were too sharp to wear and should have been rounded. Also, although following care and maintenance guidelines, metal discoloured within 3 months. What a total waste of money, and a complete scam.

I contacted PRYA with a query about an item I’d received as a gift and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. They responded quickly, were really helpful and dealt with everything without any fuss.

I absolutely love my necklace so I was really pleased with how everything was handled. It’s so refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and makes the whole process easy.

I’d happily buy from PRYA again in future and would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

It's a good quality product especially the crafting of the spelling of the name/pendant.

What an amazing company this is. I purchased a pair of earrings which were beautiful but after one wear the post twisted. However, I contacted customer services who were very efficient & agreed to send me a new pair on next day delivery. What a result! Thank you so much to all concerned. This is a wonderful company. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered an item on 9th July 26 and still haven't received it, with no updates or communication. I’ve completely given up on getting the item, as I believe they've stolen my money. They should be reported to Trading Standards. Please, everyone, avoid wasting your time and money.

PRYA sent an email on 21/08/26 via Trustpilot with no follow-up email to contact them.
I have sent another third email to PRYA at contact@prya….at 15:30 with no response.

My best friend s birthday was end of July. Ordered on 22/7 and still not recieved it ! So upsetting and embarrassing as she thinks I never got her anything !

The delivery time was not great.The quality of the Siena necklace not as good as it could be. It has a cheap feel and look to it and the gold plated is almost to yellow, hence the cheap look. Just given it to my daughter for her birthday ( delayed as she was away) and as much as she's grateful we both agreed it looks cheap. You get what you pay for but to be honest I have ordered a similar necklace from another company and the quality was so much better , wish I had re ordered from them. Shame as it was a birthday gift.

Wow! I’m beyond shocked. The quality and depth of detail is incredible I was so impressed by how it looks in real life and it’s definitely a well worth purchase. The price is so affordable and the actual necklace that I purchased was well worth the 3 day wait which is just absolutely stunning. I highly recommend this so much to anyone. My boyfriend who I intended the J initial for was so excited and happy. Safe to say we both love it!

The item I received no doubt is high quality and dainty and everything required.
I ordered the Arabic multiple names to get the names of my daughters, when it arrived the way the word had been attached to the necklace made it a different letter and thus changed the name.
I raised it to customer services who have said that they did print the name correctly and how else are they to attach it?
Fair, however, if your template means that letters will change due to the layout it then means that the word isn't the one you requested at all.
Anyway hopefully this can be solved as I do love the necklace, hence 4 stars and not 5.

Beautiful bracelet as a gift for my sister :) the personalisation was completed in good time . Their website / platform really easy to use and you could track where your order was. Really happy! Would 100% buy again from here! Thank you :)
