I emailed them and not only was it sent out that day they paid for it to be sent express delivery. It came on time and it was absolutely gorgeous. It was made so well. High quality materials used. I ordered last a Thursday 20th and contacted HBD to see if they could make sure I received it quickly as wanted it for the Monday , they got it out to me so quick I received and was wearing my beautiful three name necklace on the Saturday 22nd, I’ve already given the details to three people as I’m so happy with it also will be placing another order for Xmas presents , high recommended , the quality is really good

Great service from start to finish. The website was super easy to navigate. I had to contact customer service as I’d made a mistake, which they promptly replied to and resolved. Posted in a timely fashion with the Royal Mail and received beautifully packaged. I ordered two bracelets which are fantastic quality.
