Shocking customer service, you can’t return the products, even if they are faulty, badly made or they send you the wrong colour, after numerous requests to return I have just been told I can’t return. Told them to keep the funds and I will bin the products, I have no choice, I will never buy from this company again, do not recommend.

Great product perfect fit for my caravan seats I even had to buy another one for my dog as he likes it as his bed on the floor too.

I have purchased previously from this company & have been very pleased with my sofa cover. It is almost a year old & still looks good & washes well & dries really quickly.
Our sofa is leather & to my surprise it stays in place. It slips a little which is expected after the dog has been up & down on the sofa a few times.
It’s cosy & soft & far better than the throws I had been using & quality is good.
After placing another order so that I have 2 to change over when washing I had an issue with a discount code.
Customer service was excellent & responded quickly & in detail.
They dealt with the issue & amended my order & offered me a further 10% discount. Customer service is priority to me & I was very impressed.
I would recommend this company & particularly the sofa throws.

After seeing Slumber Paws advertising a lot on social media and reading the reviews I thought I would buy a couple of throws for the settees. Buying was very straight forward. Delivery a different matter. This was due to the courier company not Slumber paws, who eventually did get it sorted.
The product, wow! Luxurious beautifuly made, well worth the wait. My cats have given their approval as well. Highly recommend this product.

I received contradicting emails regarding the delivery of my product. Be aware there is no return policy and they are NOT based in the UK as per their claim on their website. My parcel arrival exceeded the expected delivery date but when arrived had been shipped from China. I made the mistake of ordering direct through Slumberpaws - I paid £30 per blanket, the same item is less than £10 on Temu.

I ordered the White in Large for my 3-seater couch. When it arrived, I realised I should have ordered the Medium. However, it looks great and is very comfortable...I've just tucked it in at the sides. I've had a very good experience with their customer service department and would happily recommend these couch covers.

Really dissapointed in mine the edge on one corner and part of the side had not been sewn properly, so all the stuffing was exposed its only really tacked on tried to contact the company got a we are sorry to hear email please send clear photos, even though i sent some in the first place and guess what, surprise i haven't heard back again was also surprised that they were shipped from China that they come from China is not disclosed and their tracking numbers do not work, They are also alot thinner than what it looks like in the adds

I ordered two sofa covers. They arrived late, poorly packaged - before I’d opened the parcel I knew I’d made a mistake. The quality was greatly inferior to the Instagram videos advertising the product - the mats are thin and the colours nothing like those advertised. Worst of all - they reek of damp! The UK address for returns is clearly fake. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I was upset that my delivery was taking longer than expected,but I was very happy with the kindness of the staff,with my enquiries.The cover is just what I needed and is good quality.I would buy again.

Offers a great service and product. They look so much tidier on the couches than blankets.

I received my covers today , I must admit I was sceptical at first , but I have to hold my hands up they are lovely and go nice with my grey Italian sofas ( had to get that in 🫣) but lovely quality and as long as you wash them on a low temperature they should be fine for along time, it’s like anything else just need looking after - im a happy dog owner now , 💫✌🏽

Items arrived. X2 different sized covers for sofa. Colour was different, sizes were off and the material is really thin and flimsy. Nothing like the videos. Slips of the sofa and as soon as the dogs walk on it they move around. Paid around 100 would be better with a blanket. Package came rammed into a taped up bag. Husband laughed at me as I’ve been scammed!

After a couple of days checking out the new rug, Willow has decided it’s now her place to sleep on. We both love the soft and very warm texture and would highly recommend to everyone. Thank you Slumberpaws 😻😍
