Review of Slumberpaws
After seeing Slumber Paws advertising a lot on social media and reading the reviews I thought I would buy a couple of throws for the settees. Buying was very straight forward. Delivery a different matter. This was due to the courier company not Slumber paws, who eventually did get it sorted.
The product, wow! Luxurious beautifuly made, well worth the wait. My cats have given their approval as well. Highly recommend this product.

Took FunnyFuzzy 3 days to reply to this review on Trust pilot. I only think they replied to this because it can be viewed by the public as they had ignored previous emails and messages before asking when the 3rd dog bed was to be delivered.
So eventually I get a refund for the undelivered dog bed, but now left with a spare cover for a dog bed I’ve not received, that won’t fit anything less I ordered.
For a UK company that I wanted to support it is a bit of a sham!
Oh and the freebie toy usually price £14.99 definitely not for a dog more like a cat toy as a dog could quite easily swallow it

Order 3 dog beds and a spare cover all arrived except 1 dog bed. Despite numerous messages to Funny Fuzzy I have had no correspondence back and haven’t received the dog bed. This really isn’t good enough.
Other dog beds are ok, I got them in the sale but wouldn’t say they are worth the full asking price.
Bought a sofa protector a few months ago from Funny fuzzy now this is good and well worth the money.

Have seen Funny Fuzzy advertised a lot on Fb and was a bit dubious at first. I was sick of the throw I was using falling off or tucking up so decided to buy. Funny Fuzzy throw. I’m very pleased with it. It doesn’t move on my leather settee. The dogs and cats love it also.
Quality wise is very good. Hoping that it washes well. Highly recommend

Ordered 2 products on 1/10/2020. Had confirmation email then no other communication. On 12/10 I emailed asking where my products were and asked for a refund for one of them. Got refund, no apologies and they were looking into where my other product was. By 15/10 still heard nothing so emailed again and asked for a refund which I got this time with an apology.
Lack of communication bad customer services. Not impressed with this company at all!!!
