I ordered three products from this company on June 30. I never received the item as of today. I contacted customer service several times and finally on July 15 they offered a refund and the same order at no charge. It is the 23 and I still have no refund or an order. Waiting to see what there response is. At this point I just want my money. I’ll update if I get either.

I didnt have any problems ordering or receiving products.
I am enjoying the make-up. I got the color changing foundation and the primer.
I also got the face oil and lotion. The skin care has been lack luster and I havent enjoyed it or seen any improvement for using it. The oil feels very thin and is kind of sticky feeling. The lotion is nothing special. I dont notice anything difference in my skin. I won't purchase that again but I will continue with the makeup as it performs well and does as it advertises.

I stopped using makeup because no matter what brand or type it always looked bad. I would have creases or some that accented the pores on my nose. Even after getting a shade match done, it looked fake. Then I tried Prime Prometics foundation. The difference was amazing! Shade match, perfect. No more creases or enhanced pores. Imperfections hidden. It made all the difference!

I was hesitant about buying a cosmetic so far away when I come from New Zealand but boy was not disappointed!! At 75 I love the creamy smoothness and the ease it goes on. Flattering without being too much

The way it promotes it's products is genuine. I have bought a couple of items. Exceptional quality. I'm 73 and my eyes have never looked so good. Many compliments and I find it really hard to accept them but I now realise how lovely my eyes look. I am so happy. Please try these products. Thank you

I have bought 3 products off Prime Prometics. Mascara, Colour Changing Foundation and the Skin Primer.
I have to say the foundation was a game changer for me. It goes on easily and smoothly and doesnt turn orange as previous foundations have done. I love the colour on my skin. People have noticed too and complimented me.
Adding the primer to my routine is a new one for me but I'm impressed. Its great under foundation and worn alone.
The mascara doesn't clump which is what I like about it. I have very fine lashes so I have to build the layers but it works well and my lashes dont stick together.
My only grump is I wish I could purchase in store as I'm impatient and hate waiting for the postie!
Having said that my order was shipped promptly.

I was having trouble with finding a foundation.
when I got my foundation i tried it out and found out that they we correct about how well it blended on my face. It worked so well that i brought me more foundation. I love it and it didn't take long for it to come in once ordered. it's great i will be buy some more once i have run out.

Great products , excellent customer service and good return policies. I just repurchased the Prime Eyebrow and Eyelash serum. These products are the best that I have ever used, sparse eyebrows have grown in and my eyelashes have never been this long! The Prime mascara is an excellent product as well

I was very hesitant to try your product. I probably have tried atleast 10 different foundations. Because I have mature skin, most of the foundations highlight my wrinkles instead of my skin. Towards the end of the day the foundation was faded and dull. After seeing numerous advertisements on Instagram, I decided to try the foundation. Wow I was impressed! It really does match your skin perfectly, you look good all day long, and I dont know how but it doesnt show off your wrinkles only your skin. I used with the primer and the foundation literally glides on! I love it!

I was having eyelash breakage with the mascara I’ve used since I was a teenager. Your mascara is helping me to keep them and I also love the eyeliner

Terrible company. Products poor quality. Eye liner pen dry and never worked. Eye brightening pens can hardly see product and only stays on 10 mins before disappearing. Company do not refund. They will give you excuses why they won't refund. They do not honour 30 day money back guarantee. Having to get refund through card merchant. List of excuses and avoidance tactics and no refund for products that I cannot use. Please avoid using this company at all costs. You have been warned

The products are to true to what is being advertised, fast delivery, and cost effective. I absolutely love all their products.
I use the Primelash Mascara, Gentle Gel Cleanser, Prime Eyeliner, and Colour Changing Foundation.

I was skeptical about The Colour Changing Foundation and thought how can this work. But it does, and it is a game changer. It does not show off your wrinkles, and tones perfectly to your skin tone.
I highly recommending all their products.

I've been using their foundation and it does exactly what they say it will. It blends perfectly with my natural skin color. And it feels weightless on my skin. I also am using the blush and while at first I thought it would be too dark for me, the application is so light you can blend it in easily and increase the color if needed. I've very happy with the products I've tried.

From the moment I realised i did the order wrong and emailed you, you were responsive and so helpful.
I have frontal fibrosing alopecia and have patches of no hair and thinning in other areas.

your products are all very good quality. I am in my 70s and I really love how well they work.
Customer service and ordering is always quickly and just what I ordered.

I bought the Mulberry mascara and the Emerald eye pencil and I love them both. Being 67 years young I rarely wear mascara and was disliking the black look, so I found the mulberry a very natural looking alternative with easy application without clumping.
The emerald eye pencil, although not as bright a green as shown is a perfect forest green colour to match my green eyes.
What I love most about it is, it doesn't smudge and glides on smoothly and easily.
The price points are quite high, but the quality is good... the ultimate proof will be in how long they last.

Their products are what they say they are: they do not 'melt' off my face; they glide on smooth; gorgeous eye brightener colors; perfect mascaras. Love the lipstick also: not gooey but a compliment to facial tones.
It is apparent that Prime cares - and celebrates that we ladies do age!
p.s. Only had difficulty with one product: the Beauty Water bottle seems to 'clog'.

I tried the eyeliner after using thrive for many years. It definitely glides on easier on my mature skin. No tugging on my eyelids . I will be buying this from now on!

All the products I have tried, including mascara, eye liner, lip pens, foundation, have been excellent. I am in the older age range and find their products suit my skin and really do actually do what they claim they do! Will continue to be a customer and explore further products in their range!
