I was very pleased with the purchases I made. One of my items arrived damaged and another item I was sent the wrong size. I contacted the company providing photographic evidence. They responded very promptly and replaced the items. I will certainly use this company again.

I previously ordered a Home Box and was really impressed with it, which is why I decided to order another one along with a Dog Box. Unfortunately, this time the experience was disappointing.

In the Home Box, one of the items appeared to be intended for the German market, it came in German packaging, with German instructions and a German plug, making it unusable for me. Another item was a box of 100 emoji erasers, but they were extremely small and flimsy, to the point where they would likely fall apart with use. There were a few decent items, such as a diffuser, a candle, and a DIY Christmas advent set, but overall the box felt underwhelming compared to my previous order.

The Dog Box was the biggest disappointment. The description advertises "toys, collars, leads and more," and the promotional image shows items such as a harness, bowl, and toys. The list of potential contents includes leashes, collars, harnesses, toys, poop bag holders, poop bags, and pet bowls, with shampoos and paw balms mentioned as just some of the possibilities. Based on this, I expected a varied and exciting selection of dog accessories.

Instead, my box contained two shampoos, a cologne with an unpleasant scent, ear wipes, eye wipes, a wound cleanser, and a small lick mat. It felt heavily focused on grooming products rather than the mix of accessories and toys suggested in the description. As a result, it was very disappointing and, in my opinion, not worth the money.

As I mentioned, I had a great experience with a previous Home Box, which is why I am giving this review 3 stars rather than a lower rating. I appreciate that the contents will vary depending on available stock, but unfortunately both boxes fell well below my expectations this time.

After reading through other reviews, I notice reps replying stating that items are picked at random. I am sure that buyers are already aware of this fact, but that does not make it feel any better when the chosen items are not worth it.

The quality of the boxes definitely seems to be declining, which is very disappointing as the idea itself is a very good one.

I got some really good deals, was a bit nervous at first because it was my first order, all came well packaged and quick delivery. Will definitely order from there again

i have ordered several times, different items. Today i received a beauty mystery box. Now i am very hard to please normally. This box surprised even me, it was fantastic. Full of a nice mix of quality products, no make weight items. Highly reccommended.

Ordering was a simple process, was my first time with the liquidation store, pleased to see the toiletries were something I was familiar with with , having used them in a hotel in Cornwall and found them very nice.
Fantastic big bath sheets too, love a large towel to snuggle into after a shower. The delivery was good, was kept well informed. One happy customer. Dianne.

I bought a beauty box and was unsure of what I would receive. I was blown away. There was some fantastic makeup which my daughter has proudly claimed. The skin care is all good brands and if I was purchasing in store would be well over £100.

I stumbled across this website by accident and am so pleased I did. After recent eye surgery I was told that for hygiene reasons I had to throw away all my mascaras and start afresh with sealed products. Expensive but necessary, and unfortunately all my favourite mascaras were out of stock everywhere..... except here. This store came up during my search and my fave mascara was available at a quarter of the normal price!!! Then as I was noseying around the rest of the website I found a load more bargains. I spent £60, but when you take into account actual prices elsewhere I got about £250 worth of products so yes, I'm a very happy bunny and have been recommending this site to all my friends. The packages were a little dusty, but if it's liquidation stock I guess that's to be expected. The products themselves were all unopened and in perfect condition, and to top it all off, they came packed very well and extremely quickly. I think this is going to be my new favourite website.

Website easy to navigate, ordering process simple & quick delivery. Great prices too, unbelievable discounts. My only bugbear is could you adjust the filter so can choose not to see 'out of stock' items. Would make scrolling so much easier.

Products were as described and swiftly delivered. Small issue with a glass candle holder arriving broken, but a replacement was sent without any issue being raised. Excellent customer service, would definitely recommend and use again.

I first purchased a household mystery box last year and was very impressed so ordered another for my daughter. I have just recieving another and was disappointed by the contents not many household products at all, packet of erasers,advent calender and a hookah coal burner? BBQ cover and various smelly products a candle, Reed infuser and a sachet of bath salts, I realise the products are random but the unboxing video on line for the latest household box unfortunately did not resemble what was received.

Excellent products, as a beauty therapist I use Espa products that are very expensive and I pay a lot of money for them all, until I feel onto this site. Well worth the value and saved me so much money
