Absolute tat

Misleading photos of the garment, very long delay for delivery. Purports to be London based but actually is China based.
I ordered a jumpsuit which is the cheapest nastiest tat I've ever seen.
I've just started the process of attempting to get returns details and refund.
Like others I so wish I'd looked at reviews before paying my hard earned cadh

I have now read all the reviews here and totally agree with them! I never thought I would be caught out by Chinese tat again, but it looks like I have. Ordered believing I was ordering from Britain, but not until I had paid did I realise it was from China. Three weeks to arrive, three dresses, all different sizes and all absolutely ginormous! Not at all what I ordered. I am furious!

Do not buy from this company !!!
I ordered 2 dresses which when they arrived were nothing like the photos or description. They were very poorly and cheaply made of thin material and large in size despite one being L and the other S. I immediately contacted to arrange a return and was offered a to keep them and have 2 more , then keep them and get 20% back then eventually keep them and get 35% back
Literally I have to write numerous times to eventually get the address to return. The tracked return costs were exorbitant £30.55
The dresses were not worth more than £1.00 each if that. I'm usually quite savvy but didn't think to look at the reviews before I ordered
Don't be a mug like me check the reviews first!!!
Ps I have the return information if anyone needs it

Terrible.

Terrible.
What I thought I was ordering, and what arrived, was a completly different item of clothing.
It is utterly shabby. Also not based in London. Was sent from China.

Do not Buy Isabel Lavigne!

Like everyone else, I wish I'd read your reviews before I ordered. The dresses arrived weeks late and were made of a cheap thin nylon and badly fitted. Their returns policy is appalling. They offer 20% back for no return of the dress. The company is a Chinese scam with very smart advertising as though they are a London store. Do not buy!

What a pity I hadn’t read the reviews before ordering and paying. Thought it was a company in London. Started to realise it wasn’t when it took 16 days to arrive and was obviously coming from China.
It looked nothing like the picture, horrible cheap material, gaudy colour and not even the same design.
Not worth the bother trying to get a refund by sending it back to China so will send to a charity shop.

I too ordered two dresses and was very surprised they were coming from China and took weeks to arrive. Poor quality and one dress was enormous. When I contacted the company I was asked to photograph dress and size and care labels of which there were none. I won’t deal with this company again!

1 star is generous

1 star is generous! I ordered a dress which was £32.95 supposedly reduced from £100+. Delivery was due to be August 3rd, after numerous emails and promises that the parcel was on its way it eventually arrived on August 19th, unfortunately left outside the wrong door. Eventually I received the parcel to find a dress which looked nothing like the one in their advert. The colour was a different shade and I can only describe the material as cheap and nasty! The dress was far too big for me and I really can’t be bothered to approach this company again. The dress will go to one of our local charity shops, I am sure it will fit and suit somebody, certainly not me.

This company is a total scam

This company is a total scam. Exactly as others have said. The dress I ordered took 3 weeks to arrive and is utterly hideous . Nothing like what was depicted in the photo. Google should not be allowing this company to place ads on their platform.

Ripped off bigtime

Ripped off bigtime. Fell for these scammers, thinking I was ordering from a company in London. Ordered 2 dresses. They took 3 weeks to arrive, were vile cheap shiny material and absolutely HUGE.
Can't be bothered returning them to CHINA. Straight in the bin. £75 wasted. They are too awful to donate to charity.
AND the website states that delivery is by Royal Mail once they reach the UK. Not true. They use EVRI. I never would have ordered them if I had known this as most EVRI deliveries around where I live never arrive.

Don’t buy from this company

I ordered 2 dresses. Despite them advertising with a picture of a store that looks like London the goods came from China. Took a few weeks to come. The dresses looked nothing like the pictures and are extremely poor quality. I’m not hopeful of getting my money back if I returned them as it’s china.

Scam

Scam! Items sent from China did not match quality and make of advertised items. 2 items ordered both of very poor quality material and make - one item was back printed "Liana Scrap" all across of the body of the dress material.

I wish I had read these reviews before…

I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered 2 dresses from Isabellavigne! I thought I was ordering from a company based in London but the dresses were shipped from China and took ages to be delivered (3 weeks). The dresses were made of cheap polyester material and poorly made. I would not recommend this company.

Don’t buy from here

Don’t buy from here. The clothing came from China, took a long time to arrive and was horrible quality. To return the items, you have to send them back to Asia and pay for postage. Avoid!

I have been duped

I thought this company was based in London UK. Turns out returns have to be sent to their warehouse in Asia! I am still waiting for the address, which is not published on their website. The dresses are are made of cheap polyester and are unwearable. Be warned!

Avoid this company. You will be disappointed

I ordered some dungarees. First of all, they took a long time to come. It must have been at least 2 weeks. The company call themselves Isabellavigne London but the item seemed to come from China or somewhere in Asia. Dungarees are usually made of cotton but these were made of a very flimsy polyester with 5 spandex. Horrible. They were also labelled as small but I would say they were at least medium.
I tired to arrange a return and followed the instructions for this. They then asked me to send photos of the back and front and labels. Why??? Avoid this company.
