This company is a total scam . I ordered a dress was conned into buying 2 & couldn't cancel,when they arrived they were cheap & nasty but it is impossible to return the items or get my money back.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.They need to be shut down

I requested a refund, shipped it back, tracked, to China. I know it got to its destination and emailed the company, if indeed it is a legit company, asking for my refund. No response!

Scam - the products that arrive are nothing like the images, and are very bad quality in unpleasant synthetic fabrics.

I would give zero stars if I could. I asked to cancel my order, but I got no reply. Garments were delivered weeks late and were not like those shown in the adverts. They were made of cheap, synthetic fibres with flaws. I went through my credit card provider and got all my money back that way. The company had only offered a 50% refund with me paying return postage to China!
AVOID this company AT ALL COSTS. If you have paid using your credit card, contact your credit card provider's Disputes Team. Send them all your evidence. They will act on your behalf.

I wish I could give no stars or preferably a minus number. Wish I'd done my usual thing and checked reviews before buying from this company. I ordered two tops which looked great, but weren't cheap but reduced for a sale price. They took over three weeks to arrive and I was shocked when the courier gave me the parcel as it was much smaller and lighter than I expected. The tops did have the same patterns on them but were dreadful flimsy polyester material, certainly not worth £25 each, more like £2.50,!!!. Thought I would return them then discovered there was a lot of rigmarole to actually arrange a return and refund. Then I read these reviews. It seems impossible to get a refund, and having to return the product to Asia adds more expense to already wasted cash.
I think they're pretty clever with the wording of their descriptions . Although I thought these tops were heavyweight cotton or similar, that was just from seeing the pictures, nowhere did they actually mention the fabric. Nothing actually to refute.
I note that various purchasers have mentioned addresses in Holland , China, Manchester. The address on my ad was somewhere in USA. There used to be a clothing firm called Olivia London ltd which was dissolved in 2016. Clearly these scammers have used that firm's name (who presumably sold decent clothes). This is such a scam, I wish the ads could be removed from every platform and labelled as a scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

If I could give no stars I would . I paid £35 for a dress , when it arrived it was absolutely dreadful material and not as described , when I asked for a refund I got no response , I asked 4 times and I got no response . This company is based in Hong Kong and not Manchester as advertised . It's a complete rip off

Took over 2 weeks for my order to arrive. The dress did not fit true to size and cheap nasty fabric. To get a refund I will be charged $30. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Do not buy from this company.

I bought a dress from Olivia which was reduced to half price ,when it eventually arrived it was very poor quality and a bad fit .I have emailed them repeatedly but no answer and even phoned a number in Amsterdam which went to voicemail.I don't think there is a lot I can do to get a refund.

Very poor quality. Total scam company rubbish fabric, wrong size and impossible to return. Do not buy from this company. Not a British company at all.

Should be re-named Olivia Gray Asia because that's where their stuff is made and mailed from. The dress ordered looked nothing like the image shown. No embroidered eyelet details, printed on a fabric so awful it's probably a fire risk. It took four weeks to arrive and it's gross. It could also fit four big women inside. A printed sack of nylon. I just know sending it back to China will be pointless. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY.

What a complete waste of money ! Terrible terrible sandals cheap plastic rubbish ! I've tried to get a refund but they won't budge want to give me a 20% refund ?? Why are they allowed to do this ? Treating people so badly and taking there money ? I've noticed my bank and they are dealing with it !!

Bunch of scammers, I ordered a book a woman after God's heart around £4 , I gave them my card details, they stole £31, so far they have not taken, any more money, they sent me .a down load , they call them self Olivia deals , , they use different fraudsters to take unauthorized money from people account the other fraudsters are elevation boutique, they work hand and hand I have exposed them they are dishonest don't trust them they have been put to shame

My bank stopped payment & blocked my card. Such is their trust in this company. I rang my bank they would have paid if I demanded but I took the hint & didn't.

Olivia London, Olivia Gray Manchester…all the same sham company. I ordered a dress from Olivia Gray Manchester be delivered via Royal Mail, believing it was coming from Manchester. Silly me, it’s currently in China according to the tracking. I just know it will be a piece of rubbish with no practical returns available when/if it ever turns up.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star! I ordered a dress advtertised as cotton/linen mix - the label was 100% polyester! The website offered me discount on second dress which auto selected same dress (which I couldn't cancel) - so I had two I didn't want.
I wanted to return goods and they kept offering discount then an address in China for return. They just want to keep your money and not have goods returned or give a refund if they can help it. The charity shop will be getting the dresses. It will cost me more to send on a tracked parcel then the refund.
Totally dishonest and misleading advertising of their products. Do not buy.

Do not believe what this company says on its website, which looks trustworthy.
I ordered a dress that my wife had selected and when it arrived she didn't like it, leaving it in the unopened plastic wrapper.
I looked at the returns policy on the website which says all emails are answered within 24 hours and requested a refund, giving all the required information.
Despite sending several further emails, no reply. So this company is to be avoided. I wish I had looked at Trustpilot before buying!

Ordered some trainers online without checking with Trustpilot first, big mistake! When they arrived, they smelt so awful and looked so cheap that they went straight into the bin. If I can prevent someone else from wasting their money, this review will not be in vain...

This is a complete scam. Sounds like a uk company. Looks like a uk company. Actually a chinese company. They make it impossible to return items. I have referred them to trading standards and got my bank onto them. Avoid like the plague. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE.

This is not a legitimate company the clothes are cheap, poor quality from China, pretending to be based in Europe. Never buy anything from them. They dont have a return service despite promises on the website.
