Terrible terrible terrible DO NOT buy from this cowboy company !!! I am still in dispute after poor quality clothing arrived in a simple bag without the tops carrying a label/tag and seeking a return. They refuse to refund you and offer you a 10% refund in the first instance then this rising to 15% then 20% then 30% then 50% !! You also are asked to pay $30-$50 per item to return !!! Outrageous!!! You can’t give less than 1 star and they need reporting to trading standards which I will do. Avoid any purchase from them !!

Terrible experience. All reviews are identical to my situation. I requested a charge back from my bank. If all of us do the same they might close down eventually (but this doesn’t prevent reopening something similar).

Poor quality of garment. Delivery was slow and updates not clear. Can’t be bothered to return it as I’m sure the process will be problematic as experienced by other customers. Won’t be reordering from you again. I would appreciate a refund then I will return the item.

This company is terrible do not purchase from here it is a total scam. The quality of the product was awful and the sizing was terrible. Their website describes returns as "easy" which is completely misleading as they are not easy, you have to contact customer service who then said it will be $30-50 return shipping cost. The name of the company gives the impression they are London based when they are not. Do not make the same mistake, stay well clear. If they were UK based I would be reporting them for misleading information being listed in their website.

Very poor quality garment with overlocking threads hanging from the waist seam. After several emails they offered me my money back if I returned the dress at my expense to China. I declined that offer, quoting UK Trading Standards and am now working with my bank to get a charge back. This company pretends to be British and that returns are easy. They are not!

I also should have read your reviews, because I was caught as well by what they say is a lack of transparency, as the dress ordered has very little to do with the dress delivered. When I tried to return they told me that they had not been as transparent as they should have been, and that i would have to pay between $40 and $50, (I paid 29.99 PURCHASE - DOMESTIC Warszawa WHOP*WILSONANDCARTER) otherwise I could keep the dress and order something else at with various discounts, and they kept on with other deals as i refused to accept any of their offers. They advertise as a Company operating from the UK, advertising an easy return policy. Companies operating online in the UK have to legally accept returns and refund clients within a stipulated period of time. Only when I requested info to return the item, they decided to be transparent and let me know they do not operate ??? from the UK and therefore if i wanted to return, I had to pay a lot more than the cost of the purchase ... Since then I have learned that this company has been operating fraudulently for quite a while here in the UK. Surely they should have been stopped by now. Is there any way I can help? I want my refund.

I never write negative reviews for legitimate companies. Unfortunately, this is not a legitimate company. The products are awful but their returns policy is even worse. They want me to pay £37 shipping costs to return my items as they need to clear international customs…in china! They are not based in London as the marketing suggests. It feels like an absolute scam. Avoid at all costs.

Please do not order from this company, their website is misleading. I ordered products and when received the quality was nothing like what they had advertised. They state they are in London but they are in China so where they advertise no hassle returns it is a lie. They charge international shipping fees which cost more than the actual products bought! They do not state this on their website. Absolutely awful company and should not be allowed to trade.

The clothing I received was significantly different from the appearance and quality shown on their website.

The website gave the impression that returns would be straightforward and easy. However, only after I requested a return was I informed that the items must be returned to China at my own expense. While the return policy mentioned that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, it did not clearly disclose that returns would need to be sent internationally to China.

It breaks my heart to read all these dreadful reviews. It also saddens me to see so many of us blaming ourselves, me included, for not checking reviews before ordering. Surely we shouldn't be blaming ourselves. Is there anything we can do collectively to put a stop to this awful company such as writing to the relevant authorities? Complaints to the company itself are a waste of time as we all know so surely there's something we can do?

Do not buy from this company. I paid for an item which was not cheap. I received an email to say thanks for the order...your item is being packed. Next day I received another email to say that it was out of stock!! They offered me another blouse which looked like it had been bought 3rd or 4th hand and was not advertised in their website. I declined and asked for a refund. This went on for days..they almost begged me to purchase something else. Kept saying how patient I was and that they were 'reviewing' my case. There was no case to review. I was owed money. Eventually they said they were processing my refund.....hooray.....spoke too soon. They were offering less than a third of what I paid for something I never had!!! I did a charge back through my bank.....that's my advice to anyone in the same situation because miraculously once the bank got involved I was refunded. Oh and by the way, they are still advertising the same item as in stock and available to order!!!!!They are fraudulent, scammers and should not be allowed to operate. My advice is....keep well clear. They are not in London or the US....Avoid!!! Please.

If it was possible to give a negative score I would.
The advert states that there are easy returns. Forget it. When you eventually get a response from the company it comes from a responder called “Support “ so that you can easily overlook the email. You are only at that stage made aware that returns will be anything but easy. At that stage you are told that the postage for returns will be between $30 and $50, more than the value of the goods I purchased. The item I ordered was for a funeral and it came too late. I hadn’t even opened the packet other than the one it was posted in and found I would be unable to get my money back.

If I could do zero stars I would.
Shoes arrived obviously wrongly sized as at least 3.5/4cm smaller than other ones I have of supposedly same size.
Quality poor too.
Offered me 10% refund, I paid £39.95 for sandals fit for the bin.

Is it up to the customer to pay for returns, hadn’t read that as wasn’t expecting them not to be any good.

Wish you could leave no stars on this , what a joke £72 for 2 dresses that arrived looking nothing like the picture on the website and the material is cheap and nasty. After reading other peoples reviews on returns I guess I'm not getting any money back no point in even trying. Will be better off cutting up the dresses to use as dusting cloths!! Will never use again website makes you believe they are in London not coming from china hate to think that this is possibly from a sweatshop and I gave them money. Never again I'll be checking info on places I purchase from now before buying. Would not recommend this place at all .

The Jacket purchased was good quality and stylish.
Observation/critisim, item was squashed into a very small bag for shipping. This resulted in quite bad creasing as it was a velvet item. Very difficult to remove creases prior to wearing.

Really cross I have to give them even one star I order to write a review. Oh how I wish I’d read the reviews first. Same as everybody else. Terrible material. So badly made. Quite shocking how this company a continues to trade. And I’ve noticed it’s also trading under other names. Evie and rose for one. Two months later and Im still trying to get a refund. Ive now been offered a 100% refund form which is impossible to open. Please flag this company as a complete scam.

Bought a pair of shorts - Absolute rubbish material - cheap and nasty and nothing like the pictures. Still trying to return them and they are blanking me.
