If it was possible to give a negative score I would.
The advert states that there are easy returns. Forget it. When you eventually get a response from the company it comes from a responder called “Support “ so that you can easily overlook the email. You are only at that stage made aware that returns will be anything but easy. At that stage you are told that the postage for returns will be between $30 and $50, more than the value of the goods I purchased. The item I ordered was for a funeral and it came too late. I hadn’t even opened the packet other than the one it was posted in and found I would be unable to get my money back.

I haven’t received the goods! In fairness that may not be the fault of Roman as the Royal Mail sent me an email saying it would deliver the parcel 6 days ago and failed to deliver it. I emailed Roman about it and got an automated response saying they would respond fully but they haven’t done so.

I have ordered items previously from Theplasticman and have always been delighted with the product.
On this occasion I ordered a 7 inch and a 5 inch square which were supplied very promptly. I was as pleased this time as on previous occasions with the product and with the speed and efficiency with which they were delivered.

Talk about slick and efficient: this is how to run a business! I ordered some Spode Blue Italian, was given a date for delivery some two or three days hence and on both occasions the items arrived before the given date. Many thanks .

I ordered two asymmetric, quite small pieces of see-through Perspex for templates and got exactly what I wanted. I am thrilled to bits with the items. They will save me so much time and energy. The price was incredibly reasonable for a bespoke item.Despite local delivery delays they came very promptly and well packaged.

If I could give Awaze Vacation Rentals no stars I would cheerfully do so.
We just received today a demand for money and notice that they have cancelled our booking for a holiday that WE cancelled in January of this year.
This is the second time in the last month that they have threatened us with a demand for money , we having reminded them in response to the first one that we had previously cancelled. They even replied to us in January acknowledging our cancellation!
We had terrible trouble with their predecessors Welcome cottages and their subsequent manifestation cottages.com. We had been unable to take up our booking last year because my husband was in a vulnerable capacity and we simply could not get them to answer our phones calls our emails or our letters. It wasn’t until an agency made contact with us that we were able to get any sense out of them.
It was partly because of the torrid time the company gave us that we cancelled this year and it looks as though history is repeating itself.

I have purchased from Cult pens several times over the past few years.I like a particular type of pen which they are always able to supply. Their service is very efficient.

The quality of the photos is really good. I don’t think ,though, that they do 6 inches by 4 inches though and that is a pity. It is, however, certainly much cheaper than printing your own on a home printer.
