Clear process, quick delivery of lovely quality photos.

Unfortunately, Photobox quality of prints have really dropped. There's a massive difference between photos I printed at the beginning of 2025 and this summer (2026). I put these next to each other and it's just unbelievable how distorted the new prints are. They appear as stripes of colours pasted to each other (a better version of the pixel view but nothing like the crisp prints photobox used to make). They appear to have changed their paper but I'm not sure if just the paper can cause such big difference.

I've printed various size prints and photo books over the years and this year I was extremely disappointed. My order this year came with a print issue as well - a light line running through most of my photos close to the right vertical side.

I must say customer service was great and very responsive and they quickly offered the order to be sent again. While the new ones didn't have that line, their quality was still awful. I even took out the older photos from 2021, and 2022 and put them side to side with the ones that were printed in 2025 and this year (2026). There is enormous difference. And these photos were all taken with the same phone (google pixel), and supplied in their original size and printed in the same size photo. So it is definitely a decline in printing quality. Having such bad quality photos printed, honestly, doesn't make sense at all. I cannot us them.

Before, I was happy with Photobox and I didn't have to look elsewhere to print photos but, unfortunately, I will be switching provider.

It was actually great fun designing my own book and the finished product was quality.

It really was simple to do. I took longer as kept changing my mind on the size but that was my choice. Once the order went in the canvases arrived very quickly. Very pleased with the quality, colour and overall appearance. Would recommend.

From me first entering your site I felt at ease everything was so easy to do first time I've ever had photos printed this way but it won't be the last and the photos are absolutely stunning I was kept informed from order to the pictures coming through my door.

You had to send my order 3 times, missing the hanging item each times. Couldn't just send hanger. Eventually after complaining it was redone and apparently the order was checked. Not good enough

Photobox is an exceptional company. The quality of their prints is excellent: their service prompt and efficient. I have been delighted with their professionalism and expertise and gave no hesitation in recommending them as a company of the highest integrity.

Having the app on my PC. Having time to complete the book at your own pace once an offer is purchased .
It would be helpful though if the offers not only gave you and end of purchase date but the time available to complete the project e.g. 2 months.

Easy to use software, reasonably priced and very speedy turnaround

I turned 50 last month & we had a garden party with friends & family. I knew I wanted something to remember the day by & seeing the Photo box advert I thought I would give it a try. I was impressed how easy it was to create the book online, making changes where necessary, until I was happy with it. In fact I ordered 2 copies, one hard back & one soft back. Both turned out excellent.
