Very poor quality clothing. Drop shipping scam. Beware stealing data.

First time using SealedUnitsOnline. Ordering very straight forward. Opted for the long delivery time to save costs. Then when projected delivery date was approaching I called them to understand when it might be delivered. And this is why I scored 4 stars rather than 5, my glass was on a van doing a 3 day delivery route and the ability of the office to tell me when it would be delivered was a 'guess'. The glass was delivered safely whilst I was out and placed in the porch as instructed by a handwritten note I left on my front door. The glass was perfect.

My experience is same day warning of delivery giving no time to reorganise diary. And splitting a delivery into two and there being 12 days between the 2 deliveries with zero communication about status. A shambles.

Dreadful customer support. I ordered a swing from The Entertainer. It was one of the wooden ones under the Plumplay brand. I received a text one morning at 8:22am saying the swing would be delivered that very morning! I had already left the house so the delivery was made to an empty house by XDP. When I get home I find the delivery is just a set of wooden poles. Missing are all the fittings and swing seat. So I contact The Entertainer electronically (no phone number) and in the first instance are told that the delivery was split by the courier. After that there were no useful communication from The Entertainer. I kept asking for an update and finally asked for a refund. After which I was bombarded with automated messages from The Entertainer saying I had not responded to a request for information. I would get 2 or 3 of these every day. Thankfully 12 days after the initial delivery the missing parts were delivered. The Entertainer never got back to me to ask if everything was now OK. Dreadful customer support. I will not buy from them again.

The organisation of the booking etc. was straight forward. Just felt that the star rating of the property we stayed in (4 out of 5) was misleading as it was poorly maintained to shabby. The photographic representations of the property must have been taken some time ago and therefore somewhat misleading. We have stayed in other 4 star rated properties with holidaycottages.co.uk and they were of a very very much higher standard than Teapot Cottage Sandsend.

Incomplete delivery and someone else's item delivered to us.

After looking for a carpet we liked in many places, we finally decided on a Brockway Dimensions Plain, and then started to look for a competitive price. Brockway and Quinn came out very favourably. I used webchat to confirm the delivery day they could managed. Then immediately ordered on-line. The carpet was delivered on the day with plenty of courier updates, and the delivery driver insisted on carrying the carpet on his own into the garage where it was kept before fitting. Overall a near perfect experience. The only possible improvement I can think of is if Morgan and Quinn could have confirmed the delivery date by email after I placed the order (it is possible they didn't do this because I had asked on webchat beforehand).

Max could not have been more helpful.

Straight forward process for requesting samples and then ordering carpet. Was able to specify the date of delivery and delivery drivers (plural as we ordered carpet and underlay which were delivered separately) were helpful in getting the heavy items were we wanted them. And of course the price was good when you factor in the free delivery that many other on-line sellers charge about £50 for. So whilst I was nervous about ordering from an on-line shop initially, it could not have worked out better. I will have another two rooms to do shortly and will use Flooring Hut again when the time comes.

Patio doors delivered within timescale promised. Glass very well protected. Delivery staff very careful and helpful. This was a door made from Eurocell plastics and with a Yale locking mechanism. I choose this door knowing the sliding door was on the inside of the frame. I regret that decision as it means that there are 3 brush seals on the outside instead of just one. The inside of the fixed window at the base lets down the appearance a little. It could do with some form of trim to prevent sight of the drain holes. (I will make my own trim to finish this off better.) The lock was not star-rated so I changed it for a 3 star. In conclusion: there better doors than this but you will have to pay more for them.

I ordered exhaust parts at 3pm and they were delivered within 24 hours! I also like that I was able to enter my chassis number to help identify the right parts, and then able to distinguish the correct options by entering the first part of the engine number. The exploded parts diagram then made it super easy to select exactly what I needed. Gave me real confidence I would get the right things. Very happy with the service. Parts all fitted perfectly. It was not clear to me what brand of exhaust I would be getting, turned out to be EuroFlo and everything looked good quality.

I have used Battery Megastore twice now and both times the service has been good. The first time delivery was straight forward and next day. On my second order which consisted of 2 items I received a phone call letting me know that one of the items (a battery charger) was currently out of stock but expected to be back in stock in a few days. I was given the option of waiting, changing the order or a refund. I could have had the in-stock item delivered next day but opted for both items being delivered together at a later date. This all went smoothly and both products have lived up to expectations.
