In spite of repeated emails no response from company.
Product poor quality and I wish to return.
In line with their returns policy I have 30 days but have been unable to obtain return address.
Wondering if this is scam company

Chose this firm as competitive in price however the "drop off" was not as advertised as WH Smith refused to take parcel unless I booked it through them with the payment going through their till.Customer services for Worldwide Parcels(Lindsay) were really helpful. Homebase told me there was also the same issues as Smiths but after a call from Lindsay all was well and they could not have been more helpful.
It needs to be clarified with the nominated drop off points exactly what their
responsibilities are.
