Waited more than 10 minutes on the…
Waited more than 10 minutes on the phone. When doctor appeared she was quite rude stating that I was not there while she was waiting.
55 euro and I definitely told the doctor the drug I wanted my child to have prescribed. Video was not clear and not sure if the doctor has really seen my child 's issue.

very accessible, user friendly easy to log on. Only downside is doctor was 7 mins late to appointment, which I didn't mind but perhaps an email to say stay logged on would be a good idea. I wasn't sure what to do.

Extremely disappointing service
Extremely disappointing service. I paid for a consultation that lasted barely one minute. The doctor simply told me that she couldn't help me with my issue and that I should look for assistance elsewhere. Despite providing no actual help or solution, they are refusing to refund my money or offer any alternative to resolve my problem. On top of that, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. The entire experience was frustrating, disrespectful and a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this service to anyone. If they are unable to provide the service customers are paying for, they should at least take responsibility and treat people with respect.

Great service
My cousin was visiting from the US, when she soon came down with a cold that seemed to be worsening to a sinus infection. I logged on to dronline.ie for the first time, and I was impressed with the excellent service. My cousin had her video consult, and the doctor quickly prescribed her medications. There was a minor blip when the prescription had not arrived when we expected. A quick call rectified the situation. I recommend this service.
