It was so easy to use and booking an appointment was quick and straightforward. What really stood out to me was how much the doctor genuinely listened and took the time to understand what I was going through. I felt heard, understood and taken seriously, which makes such a difference when you’re already dealing with a lot.
A brilliant, easy-to-use service and a really positive experience overall. 5/5 from me!

Could not get an appointment with my GP for a few days. I needed an antibiotic to clear infection. Made an appointment with Dox online. I was called and I had my prescription in my pharmacy within 20 mins. Excellent service and cheaper than my GP. Would highly recommend

Amazing experience

I made an appointment, they called at the appointed time so I wasn't waiting around for a video call. Dr. introduced himself, he was pleasant and courteous. Listened to all details of my ailment and asked all necessary relevant questions (in my opinion as per previous consultations with other Drs. for same condition)and sent in prescription to pharmacy immediately. Thank you for your service.

Excellent service

I booked here for myself and my husband. The Doctors were on tlme with the appointments and they were easy to deal with. I am a nurse myself and when I relayed the symptoms we were having, the Doctors listen and provided the interventions. My husband's symptoms were severe and the Doctor immediately provided a referral letter to A&E. My symptoms were improving and all I needed was a sick cert which he also supplied straight away. I am a nurse and I knew what to do with my symptoms. So far my experience has always been positive using this service. It was also very easy to communicate with the staff on whatsapp when we needed something else like the sick cert for my husband which I requested the day after he was reviewed by the Doctor.

I needed a medical report detailing my health condition, but it wasn't possible. Therefore, the medical consultation was completely ineffective, and I only wasted money. I had to go to class in no condition to do so, even though I was suffering from a severe sinus infection...

From start to finish the service was excellent - received the call on time with a friendly doctor who listened and explained the way to move forward.

My experience was horrible. I was seen by a doctor and clearly explained that another doctor in Europe had previously prescribed me a medication and that I had resistance to the medication she was going to prescribe because it simply does not work for me.

Even after I explained this, she ignored my concerns and prescribed the exact medication that I knew would not work for me. I ended up spending money on the consultation and the medication, and now I will have to see a GP again because I need the other medication.

I felt that my medical history and what I was telling her were completely disregarded.

Zero stars for the service. I am extremely disappointed with the experience.
