I booked a consultation through VHI
I booked a consultation through VHI for travel vaccinations, however I was told that this is not a service that they can provide. Fair enough, I log on to boots and pay €50 to get the same company Healthhero prescribe the vaccines required.
In summary Healthhero with VHI included in policy cannot prescribe vaccines.
Healthhero through boots can prescribe vaccines for €50.

Excellent service! The appointment was slightly delayed, but the doctor still took the time to call me on a Sunday evening. My English is not very good, but he did his best to help me and make sure I understood everything. I really appreciate his patience and kindness.

Quick resolution to the issue regarding the prescription
I use their service every six months for my prescriptions. Last month, they requested a blood pressure check, but it couldn't be completed because the device at Boots wasn't working, as a result, I only received a one-month prescription. I was quite upset and wrote a review about it. Sarah reached out to me, explained what had happened and mediated the situation so that I could get my prescription properly just as I always do. I really appreciated their attentiveness and the care they took to ensure I felt heard. I highly recommend them and will definitely continue using their services!

Highly recommend
Got an appointment within an hour or so. Very pleasant staff. And had my prescription sent to my pharmacy 20 mins later. Highly recommend this service.

I went to the pharmacy after having received my email to say that the prescription was ready to pick up. The pharmacist found the letter reference but there was no script was attached. I have tried to contact someone relating to this but have not been able to contact someone. They have also reached out to the online doctor but have not heard anything yet. I paid for the prescription. Where is it?

Our team has reviewed the case and confirmed that the prescription was successfully sent to the pharmacy on 16 September, at the time the notification was issued. It was subsequently resent on a number of occasions to assist the pharmacy in locating it.
Unfortunately, it appears there may have been some confusion at pharmacy level regarding receipt of the prescription. We appreciate how frustrating this must have been for you and are sorry that your experience was not as straightforward as it should have been.
For future reference, our administration phone line is monitored from 8am–8pm, Monday to Sunday, and our team is always happy to assist with any issues relating to prescriptions or appointments.
