Ordered hydrogen stuff, acknowledged order but then nothing. Beware.

Some good products - particularly like the D3 supplements, particularly dislike the B12 supplements (taste awful). Always delivered on time, so on the whole a great company.
However cancelling a subscription is tedious. At least five times pressing cancellation, yes I want to cancel, no I don't want another product I want to cancel, are you sure you want to cancel. YES, YES, I AM SURE!! Really has switched me off from the company.

First class customer service - not only are the products excellent quality and price but the customer service is outstanding. Having been given the run around by Evri who failed to deliver on many occasions, a call to Better You customer service sorted the matter out entirely to my satisfaction, swiftly and with understanding. I could not wish for better handling of a problem. Thank you Better You and you have a customer for life now.

Very disappointed with the lack of response from this company after ordering from them. Order confirmation then nothing. Trying to resolve this issue l had no communication back from emails and voicemail. Despite doing everything to resolve l feel l may need to contact my bank for a refund.

Magnesium lotion is an amazing product that works. In the last week I just started using the better you magnesium lotion for my bruxism and chin spasms which I have had for years . The results are amazing it has really relaxed my chin spasms and the muscles in my jaw which has eased my jaw pain which has helped me to stop clenching. I was fed up with my jaw aching at the end of the day and decided to take something for it. I googled different products and settled for this product as it had great reviews so I went to Holland and Barratt to buy it. The better you magnesium lotion has really given me my life back and helped my anxiety as I feel calmer in myself as well. Thank you better you for making a great product and improving the quality of my life you now have a customer for life as I am sure the results will be even better the longer I use the product . Once again thank you so much you now have a customer for years to come i am looking forward to trying your other products for relaxation etc in the coming months.

The plunger is awful. I couldnt open it, and eventually with the help of someone else and a pair of pliers we managed to get it off. Thankfully I have use the lotion before and had a very old bottle in my cupboard with straightforward plunger which I use now to get the lotion out.

Great quality product with well balanced dosages for both children and adults. The packaging feels thoughtful and carefully done. You can tell attention to detail is there. Definitely recommend!

I love the Boost, the taste encourages me to keep taking daily. Their magnesium is alway brilliant, so easy and delivers good results.
I ordered recently from TT rather than my usual retailer due to the bundle on offer, big mistake, 1 item didn’t arrive other didn’t spray but 1 was good.

She reached out, sorted out the next steps, shared the tracking and voila all sorted✔️ thank you so much Katie ,thanks to you I will come back to Better You , I prefer your supplements rather than Zuk.

This is an amazing product but it is sticky. I suspect. They use a silicon element but the ingredients are not listed on the bottle. It leaves a sticky greasy residue that is hard to wash off. Otherwise it is excellent.

Repeat order Always informed that delivery is due and how to alter skip or suspend order if you need to .Good service Would recommend .

Good products (vitamin & B12 spray) super helpful to modify regular delivery.

I ordered my vitamin D directly from the company as I am boycotting Amazon, despite it being more expensive. Unfortunately it arrived via Amazon which was very disappointing and pretty annoying. I won’t be ordering this product again .

Great product

After a misunderstanding with the accounts department at Betteryou, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly and efficiently they sorted the problem out.

Ordered two vitamin tests, one for £39.95 and the other for £29.95 (Vit B12 and Vit D). Only one was sent in the order (Vit D) but both were charged. Takes two days to get a response. Asking credit card company to recover the money. Very poor.

Been using the spray magnesium and my sleep has noticeably improved once it’s built up - so happy with it

Magnesium flakes for use in the bath really work to relax you and good for skin too.

Good products, easy to use website. On time deliveries and all priced.

Easy to just squirt in your mouth and tastes good really good to use waiting for my next order to arrive
