I have been using this product for the past few months and have found it effective. I would have continued but the price has gone up $15 and along with self paying my Zepbound , I could not afford it.
Cancelling and refunding my order was dead easy. The customer service is very responsive.

I ordered from this company on June 4. it is now July 22, and I still haven't received my product. I checked over and over and contacted the company who kept telling me it was on its way. I just checked this morning, tracking information says it was delivered July 16. But, it wasn't. I guess I just donated money to a scam company and I am not happy. I would never order anything from this company again.

these do nothing and when you request a refund multiple times, they will deny it... don't waste your time.

I have been waiting 30 days for three bottles of Collagen Complex tablets. Cost with shipping : $80. They tell me they were delivered however won’t indicate if they were sent USPS, Fed Ex, UPS, etc. They can provide no proof of delivery to me. They keep saying someone will get back to me but no one does. I have filed a formal BBB complaint against them. I believe I have probably been scammed by this company. Buyer Beware. I just want my money back.

Great product even better customer service

I placed an order over a month ago still hasn’t received communication from customer. Service is awful. They keep telling me that they have escalated it and they’re gonna have someone call me!NOT AND I FIND IT REALLY CONFUSING THAT THEY DON’T HAVE A PHONE NUMBER!BEWARE

I mistakenly took out a subscription with the product I ordered , after contacting customer services I had an immediate response and the subsequent subscriptions were cancelled, I’ll try the product first hopefully with a good result. Very impressed with the service.
