Great customer service. I made a mistake with an order and emailed late in the evening. Got an immediate personal response and everything was quickly rectified.

I order a product which I have been very happy with but did not realise I was signing up to a monthly subscription. I requested to cancel and return my order then was refunded half the cost. Then received another package the next month and returned it. Thankfully with my second request to cancel it has now been done the response has been fantastic. Thank you

I was able to cancel my subscription very easily - the customer service was fast to respond to my request.

After finding this company, I was very pleased with their products. I did sign up for a subscription, but then I needed to change it up. They were very accommodating with my needs and were great with follow-up on questions, etc. I will be purchasing regularly.

I ordered a couple of products as a one time purchase. The following month I received the same products and was charged for a subscription. When I contacted customer service with a screenshot of the one time purchase order, they would not return any of my emails other than the first one with, “someone will get back to you”. Despite repeated attempts I had to contact my credit card company. They advised this company has been flagged for doing the very same thing to other clients.
Buyers beware!

canceled my subscription that must have been automatic and received the verification saturday. If it stays canceled I will be happy.

Very happy with the product - NAD Advanced. Goes down well with no nasty experiences....which has made me interested to try some of the other products they offer. Customer Service friendly and not 'pushy' like some other organisations. Give them a try...

Customer service first class could not be more helpful, just started using the product early signs are positive. The cost is a little more than I would usually spend, however if the signs keep moving in the direction they currently are it will be value for money.

Similar to other reviews, I ordered the Stain Mouthwash and hadn’t realized it was a monthly subscription. I tried to manage the subscription online and wasn't able to - then wrote to customer service, and they responded promptly and cancelled my subscription right away. Cannot speak to the quality of the product yet, but customer service was great.

Exceptionally long delivery time. No indication this was produced in China. Therefore long,long delivery time.
I also was not aware of a continuous subscription. I really think this is sharp practice (by many companies) and have canceled this aspect of my order.
How do we get honest marketing?

Would have liked to try the product but my shipment was lost in transit. Great customer service and I was refunded immediately. Maybe in the future, ill give it another whirl.

I brought the multi collagen peptides, but after reading the bad reviews regarding the subscription, and when the product eventually arrived, I was very sceptical about this company and product , so I decided to throw the capsules away, I had no confidence in what was in them and putting them in my body.
Most reviews are saying this is a scam company so be aware before you purchase.
