Took apple cider vinegar capsules for approx 10 days but these did not agree with me. I contacted NG but they said as I was taking statins I should stop immediately and seek medical help if needed. I appreciate small print states if you’re taking other medications consult Doctor so my mistake but be aware of this. I have a full unopened pack of apple cider vinegar capsules which they won’t refund as it’s out of their 14 days return window! Very unhelpful customer service.

I will go straight to thier product list and feel confident buying from them, if l need to, in the future.

A company that lioes to place ALL blame on customers when thongs go wrong. On the day of ordering the products from nutrion Geeks I ordered products from 5 other separate companies ALL paid in exactly the same way, now 5 out of the 6 parcels arrived without problem EXCEPT the one from these clowns who when asked where's my parcel as it says its been delivered but to a csp ??? Their response was essentially "oh yeah ypu screwed up and did not enter the correct address", now i jave no parcel, no info on how to get parcel as was never delivered and will have to eait 18 daysbfor it to get sent back from the csp ??? to get my refund. Now normally thar may work with other customers but not me. As said 5 othe shops were paid using Google pay and 5 other shops did their jobs as expected. I would sooner use more expensive inferior products from a company that knows the meaning of customer service than use these ignorant clowns that like to place blame on the customers form the start.

Bought Magnesium caps to help with restless legs.
Awful product ....does not dissolve as stated and caplets r huge so difficult to swallow.
Waste of money

I got these for post menopause muscle crmps and night time leg tremors that woke me up regularly. . After abou 12 days they have stopped. . I highly recommend

They replied immediately and followed that up with another email with a complete explanation and suggested that they would forward my request on to their team for consideration. Had a problem with delivery on the delivery companies side. This was rectified within a few hours. Customer service is very rare now so am very impressed how quickly the problem was resolved.
