Every gift I have chosen my friends and family have been thrilled with, I have so much confidence in shopping with QVC. They deliver to your door not a collection point, QVC customer services sort out any questions you have in a few minutes. Brands exclusive to QVC along with unique products and if you need it easy pays what’s not to love 💕

I couldn’t find a particular fragrance available in stock, I tried Secret Sales and bless them they had it! And! At a good price too. Ordered, delivered quickly, packed securely, happy days. Thank you!

QVC is my go to store for my shopping needs. The support the easy payments, the returns policy gives me confidence in making purchases. No other online or shop offers this! QVC really do care about their customers by offering unique services. I never feel let down when shopping, I can’t buy everything from QVC, a recent experience with a online design wallpaper and paint - home store and the faff , the lack of support, the delivery cost made me appreciate QVC more. A wine club decided to now deliver to a local store for you to collect ! not home address. You don’t get any hassle or faff with QVC . I love QVC and everything it stands for! Xx

I find QVC to lead the way in service to their customers, in my experience all the advisors are super keen to give you their best. The delivery is fab and at times should there be a hiccup it is usually due to the courier or direct from supplier.
We have to remember that the presenters and customer services team can only give you their best information they have, when something goes wrong which happens rarely, but does happen, it will be down to human error and we are all human and capable of making mistakes, it’s how team QVC react and support their customers which is head and shoulders above others.

In my opinion, it is by far the best company to shop with! Why would you go elsewhere? Easy pays, 60days return policy, brands of quality, keen prices, the list goes on and if it wasn’t for the team behind the scenes that make all this happen and purchase products they know their customers will love, to the crew who do such a great job showing us products and close ups we would be shopping on the high street ! But wait a minute…. What shops and stores are still open on the high street and would you get the QVC experience.

I love the Boost, the taste encourages me to keep taking daily. Their magnesium is alway brilliant, so easy and delivers good results.
I ordered recently from TT rather than my usual retailer due to the bundle on offer, big mistake, 1 item didn’t arrive other didn’t spray but 1 was good.

Katie within customer services team was having non of this, it was obvious by checking the postage weight one was missing. Katie was so thorough, she went above and beyond in my opinion! Nothing but 5 gold stars for Freya in the customer services team. What a darling. She goes above and beyond and is the most incredibly helpful lady. She is an absolute poppet ( I hope it’s ok me saying that) I’m old and not up to date with things. However! I’ve been on this planet long enough to know great customer service and she brought that 4 times ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am a bit of a bee fan, I have a few bee door knockers, door numbers with bee hardware, I came back for bee hooks, I am transforming my front porch which leads into the garden from a non utilised space into an extension of the garden, the hooks will go on the wall so I can hang bunches of lavender, herbs, and then I will be back for the boot and shor rack.
Always a fast reliable service.
They let you know when your order is dispatched.
Packaged and presented well, always with fittings and screws too. They think of everything.

I ordered a bundle of 3 BetterYou supplements. Only received 2 of the items. So one missing, one didn’t spray one squashed. The products also had different dosage, causing absorption issues, bowel. They refused refund. Prevented appeal, wouldn’t supply email. Wouldn’t check weight of package sent V weight had all 4 been submitted ! I’m 77 not tech savvy but know how to load photo to email! Refused me!

I had a wonderful time looking at all the pretty things I want for my home, difficult to decide what to purchase this time, it’s my 12th purchase.
I decided to buy the 3 bunnies - shelf sitting. Oh my, what a delight to open up the box. It’s a real treasure when you receive your delivery and open up the box. Everything is so well presented, perfect for gifting, I fall in love with everything and couldn't possible give away unless I bought two.
Delivery is fast ( much more efficient than in the earlier days) the quality is pretty and it’s a lovely experience tbh to shop at pretty little home. Makes me smile. It just makes me happy.

I ordered the stretch fresh trays/plates. 4trays and 2 plates received.delivered within 2 days.

I’m not convinced they are worth approx £5 each.

The bright turquoise colour is a tad too bright for me tbh. Not my colour scheme.
I would have preferred all white.

They are ok for flattish food stuff. So slicing things up first is needed.
I have fish in one and placed in freezer not sure how well it keeps yet.
Used one for cheese and that’s ok when I opened fridge after one night I can not detect a cheese odour.
I would have preferred all trays tbh. Especially storage wise.

I am sure I will fall in love with them come bbq season.

The biggest negative is there’s so much packaging which is not needed in my opinion. And the bombardment of marketing emails have put me off.
I’ve had 12 emails in 24hours ease off please especially being my first purchase.
Revisit the packaging and the marketing and cut down product cost.
You may love your products and your business I don’t right now. Give me time!

I can always count on QVC. It is my first choice no matter what I’m looking for tbh. How many retailers give you 60 days to return anything that is not up to scratch ( I rarely return) but simply knowing that is their standard practice makes me feel confident. It’s a total no brainer you also have the option to spread the cost over 3 months which does come in very handy especially if it’s a brand you have not tried before, or a premium brand allowing you the opportunity to spread the cost.
They go from strength to strength because they are like no other retailer !!

Always received warmly and welcomed by customer service team. No matter what day or time you call, there they are happy to help you.

Received my order pretty quickly. Had a small complaint over the colour and design, contacted PLH and Jenny responded quickly resolving the problem quickly. Big thank you to Jenny! I have ordered from PLH many times, I have only had this one issue which was dealt with satisfactory. I love some of the cute designs.

We always ordered our dog treats and toys from L&L always great products service. Sadly we lost our fluffy friend. Recently we became family to a new puppy and began to re-order. Again great products and service . You can always rely on L&L👍🏽🐶thanks from all of us.

For a small team, the homewares group do an amazing job. I bought into Halloween with PLH and bought the white ghouls which I love, I do forget to switch them off though!! Timer would be good. Love the witches and the witches hats too. The sitting witch is fab, would love a chunky witch - maybe next year. The quality is good and mat white is very me. Keep the fab homewares coming ❤️

I have been a QVC customer for almost 15years. It is my go to store. They go above and beyond for their customers and that service they give is unbeatable. You will find fashion that is not all available on the high street ( does a high street still exist) imagine going to a special event and knowing you are unlikely to see someone else in the same outfit. They cover sizes from tiny to full on curves. From your screen you can view what it looks like on a hanger and what it also looks like on a real person! I love that tbh. The presenters are passionate and extremely knowledgable, they do their research. Homewares is incredible too. You will find well known designer brands. Delivered to your chosen location, within a matter of days. You have 60 days returns policy. You have the option to pay over 3-5 months helping with the cost of living crisis. And Christmas is spectacular. When you tune into a show you feel you are part of the QVC family. They are all amazing. The buyers select perfectly because they know their customers. They all do this for you their customers. You just don’t get service like this in the high street or other online platforms. Many others onliners are not there for you if you have a need for help and support. With QVC you get to speak to a U.K. call centre with advisors who are fabulous. Why shop anywhere else ? Try Q !
