Delayed delivery, no information when asked, asked to cancel order and then was told it would arrive that day, didn’t arrive, arrived on an unplanned day so had to refuse the delivery as not at home. Awful!

Well made grill expander and charcoal basket. Price point is excellent. Delivery as promised.

Fantastic customer service from these guys. I ordered the wrong size heat deflector (being a BBQ novice) and they changed it with as much as a murmur, and they must have posted it the second it was collected. Great experience using BBQ Bits. Having researched many makes and models of pizza ovens, I was interested in their “Bella” multi fuel pizza oven, but there was a lack of reviews online for it. I was able to reach them on the phone before placing my order, which gave me peace of mind to place the order. It arrived the next working day and I couldn’t be happier with the results; Neapolitan style pizza cooked in 60 seconds in an oven that was hitting almost 500 Celsius. I would definitely recommend.

I bought a Kamado X from these guys back in May. Unfortunately it arrived damaged, cracked ceramic firebox and main body. When I contacted them they were very apologetic and assured me that a replacement would be sent out immediately. I received the replacement 2 days later. Very helpful people.

The Kamado X is a fabulous piece of kit. I use more than my kitchen oven. I only wish I had bought one of these a lot earlier.

Did a trial run on receipt, not the best pizza - not the oven, my preparation.
Researched dough, temperatures and techniques.
Last night had friends over. Knocked out 10 delious, perfectly cooked pizzas.
Result - I've just sold 3 pizza ovens for BBQ BITS, one to an Italian!
Great product, literally 90 second pizzas once the stone is hot.
Tip - heat the stone for 15 mins approx 400 to 450c, turn the heat lower, put the pizza in, rotate the stone and the top and bottom cook nice and even in less than 2 minutes.

Having thrown away lots of bbqs through rust, I decided to splash out a little more and get a ceramic one. Having crawled through several reviews of differing products I settled on the green egg from BBQ BITS.
We were amazed at the quality of the egg The extras supplied (cover, grill and heat deflector) made this a very savvy purchase. I have bought several more items from BBQ BITS and have not been disappointed with the quality or the price.
My only disappointment is that products seem to sell out very quickly, more a reflection on the popularity of this company than anything else.
If your serious about your barbequing and can afford to spend a little more this is the site for you!

This was a treat to myself it is definitely heavier than anticipated , delivery great very well packaged , good instructions for assembly easy to follow ,, has taken a few uses to get everything perfect including the amount of lump wood needed , not used the pizza plate attachment to date but everyone has said how well things cook as opposed to a conventional bbq ,,,

I have nothing but praise for this company. Very helpful sales team and the product I bought is excellent and does what it says in the tin.

Bought the Kamado X midi and several accessories and very very impressed with the quality of everything and the service provided by BBQ Bits! I was show casing (gloating) to my neighbour how good the Kamado X is and he ordered one himself the following day and he’s also been enjoying it as much as me LOL - we now have a cooking completion thanks to BBQ Bits LOL
