My Karu 12 heat plate fell off and wasn't fixable they sorted the problem out very quickly very impressed with the customer service 10 out of 10

I can't recommend Ooni highly enough. Their ovens are of a superior quality and the customer service is outstanding. I had an issue with a delivery of dough balls. I was able to contact them immediately and it was solved within minutes. A big thank you to Jea from the Ooni Experience team for helping me ☺️

I had an issue with my pizza oven, the Onni Volt 2. The coil wire from inside the door was bare, and it was beyond repair. Since it was still under warranty, they decided to replace my pizza oven, which I'm very grateful for. Thank you so much love your support team; you guys are very helpful, and I will continue to buy Onni products

First off, my first oven was the first Uuni and I have been a fan since the start. Building the pizza has become a family affair with everyone pitching in from shredding the cheese to chopping the ingredients, and it’s fun and not a chore . I have since moved on to a Fria 12, not because I had to but because it was gifted to me. Well on our last pizza night in between pizza cooks I noticed that the pizza stone had cracked , and boy I was bummed but I still have my original Uuni as a spare. The next day I emailed Ooni to find out where to buy a new stone and much to my surprise they arranged for a new stone to be mailed out free of charge. A company standing behind their product has become foreign to me over the years but Ooni just took care of it. Ooni has an amazing product and the fact that they stand behind their product makes me like them even more. Scott

I have had my Ooni Oven since 2020. It took a while to get really good at making great pizza, but I leaned what works best. My oven stoped working on Sunday night. I emailed customer support. The next day I recived a helpful response back from Rhence at Ooni customer support. He sent mutple emails to help me troble shoot and figure out the problem. My oven up up and running again. I love my Ooni Oven and really like this company. A great product and great support.

We Love our Ooni Pizza Oven! Ooni makes an outstanding pizza oven that we use for steaks as well! So delicious. Our guests are amazed how easy and quick and delicious we can produce a meal. We had a minor issue 5 years after we bought the Ooni, and they made it right… no questions asked. Wonderful customer service as well.

Great pizza ovens and a great company it seems. They stand behind their product and want a good customer experience.

My pizza oven had a couple of problems, they worked through them with me and ultimately replaced the oven when it couldn't be fixed.

The customer support is very warm to talk to. You know that they are knowledgeable and cares not only for the product and service but also you as a user.

What’s more fun on a brilliant summer’s day than an Ooni pizza and when it’s gas burner packed up we were devastated. However a quick chat with Ooni and all was right in our pizza world within a couple of days - thanks Ooni!!

I’m returning the Ooni Spiral Pro Mixer I recently purchased, but only because I realized it’s better suited for someone who regularly makes large batches of pizza dough. I typically make just a few pizzas at a time, so it simply isn’t the right fit for the way I make dough.

The Spiral Pro Mixer is exceptionally well designed, solidly built, and performs exactly as intended. This is in no way a reflection on the quality of the mixer—only that my needs are different.

I absolutely love my two Ooni Koda 16 ovens. They consistently produce amazing pizzas, and they are just another example of the outstanding products Ooni continues to make.

Ooni continues to produce outstanding products, and their customer service is second to none. Every interaction I’ve had has been friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I had the best experience possible.

I’m looking forward to purchasing the new Ooni Core mixer as soon as it becomes available, as it appears to be a much better match for the smaller batches of pizza dough I make.

Ordered dough balls and do to an extreme heat wave here in Virginia (plus 100 degrees) my dough balls arrived thawed out. I sent one email, Ooni rectified it IMMEDIATELY! What a fantastic company to work with! Product of course is exceptional! Thanks Faith and Khamela for being awesome!

I ordered an Ooni perforated pizza peel and a few other items; everything arrived in record time, but the peel got lost in transit. I reached out through the online customer service portal, filled out the form, answered a few questions, and uploaded a short video. In less than a day, France, an Ooni Experience Agent, replied and let me know that if I needed a refund or a replacement, I just had to let her know, and she would take care of it as soon as I responded. When I told her I wanted a replacement, within a few minutes I received an email from Ooni with a new reference number, informing me that a new peel was already on its way. Incredible customer service—so friendly and genuinely caring! France was very attentive the whole time, and it really made my day to know they were going to fix the problem for me. I’ve been using their Karu 12G Second Edition oven for a while now, and it brings so much joy to me and my guests—it’s allowed me to take my pizzas to the next level. Thank you, Ooni, and above all, thank you, France, for being so kind in a world where kindness seems to be in short supply.
