Arrived in 2 days. Didn’t get an advance delivery email but I’m not complaining! I think just measuring the cooking surface diameter doesn’t do justice to just how big this is, and it weighs a tonne you’ll need help. Just pray you don’t have to put it on a 3rd floor terrace like I did.
Great communication and smooth transaction. Good sellers.

Excellent quality & customer service
We purchased a kamado x supreme & a variety of accessories for it a few months ago & I wanted to come back after using it thoroughly & leave a glowing review. This is an amazing bit of kit & it's super easy to use. There's tonnes of room on it (we recently hosted a party for 30!) to cook everything you need & we've loved learning how to adjust the temp & using the multi-level cooking system.
The service from the team was great as well - we ordered bits in two tranches & requested delivery on a specific day & it was all sorted by the helpful bbq-bits team.
