Great experience using BBQ Bits. Having researched many makes and models of pizza ovens, I was interested in their “Bella” multi fuel pizza oven, but there was a lack of reviews online for it. I was able to reach them on the phone before placing my order, which gave me peace of mind to place the order. It arrived the next working day and I couldn’t be happier with the results; Neapolitan style pizza cooked in 60 seconds in an oven that was hitting almost 500 Celsius. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent value for money. The quality of the sofa was superb, perhaps not as comfy as we were hoping but hoping with use it will bed-in and soften. More communication on delivery would be helpful, but once I chased and the order was handed over to couriers, the process was very efficient.

Some stock issues meant my first order was cancelled. I love the designs of Passenger clothing, this being my first purchase I'm still undecided if the brand is overpriced for the quality, and it's relying on it's design to justify the price tag. I wasn't blown away when the item (socks) arrived. Time will tell!

Online Chat Adviser was vague. He did not answer my questions which makes me not want to switch my internet account to TalkTalk. If their customer service is like this before they have your business, I can only imagine how bad it is when you're actually a customer.

Tracking inaccurate, no communication between customer, depot, and delivery driver. Driver advising they left a calling card when they did not, and they didn't even drive onto my road. Very frustrating service which I would not recommend.
