First occurrence. Days late at delivering the package and waited for me to message them before the important package was delivered.

Second most recent time van seen on tracker less than 10 mins away, yet still failed to deliver package on due date

Rang my bell, I was upstairs and asked the driver to put the package in my parcel box. He said ok, opened the box closed it then walked off with the package. Then proceeded to fail the delivery. I called the company and asked what is going on the driver lied and said that he told me the package couldn’t be left.

That did not happen.

Terrible service, lying staff, customer service is none existent. Never again! Asked the package supplier for a refund and provided them with the cctv footage.

Hopefully people stop using cheap terrible companies like this.

They said they attempted delivery. However, they failed to provide any proof, and when I looked at my doorbell camera, there is no footage of anyone approaching my property within 30 minutes either side of the claimed attempted delivery. No options to contact them, no option to organise a redelivery.

My parcel was delivered with broken bottles.
Delivery driver said both his company and sender would be made aware of the damage.
This appears not to have happened.

terrible 'overnight' service. My delivery should have arrived overnight on Saturday 6 June but they failed to deliver. A new delivery date was scheduled for Monday 8 June, but at 7 pm I received an email that again they couldn't deliver my parcel. It's been day 3 now and I'm still waiting for a delivery confirmation. Live chat does seem to 'too busy' and of course there's no contact number available on the website. very very bad service and terrible company.

Using this courier service is the most painful thing one can do, ordered a birthday cake for my horse but they did not deliver changed it to another date they cant be contacted either this companies should be banned similar or worse than evri

Useless. Always a problem. They lie. Say they tried to deliver but I’m in waiting. Or they say the van broke down. Impossible to communicate with them. A joke.

Failed to deliver despite flagging delivery slot (for an overnight, next business day delivery) Made arrangements to be in, so epic fail on their part.

Received text giving me a time slot so cancelled my plans. Tracking gave me how many deliveries before mine and a map showing location. Van got 2 streets away and the van disappeared from the map. Delivery time was still displaying it was on its way but elsewhere said that the delivery day had changed. Now I have to cancel my plans again and hopefully it turns up this time.

They are Fantastic, we get deliveries on time from them most weeks I give 5 stars all round. the drivers are all great and go above and beyond and what courier answers back so quickly as APC all queries are answered in an hour or so, they are a brilliant service.

my order was to be delivered yesterday the tracking number is not recognised, apparently the driver has issues using his scanner also my 2 hour time slot for today has expired, has the driver got issues driving ? using a sat nav ? or is he walking who knows ? customer service is helpful though

I had to delay a delivery by this company. Altered the delivery to a week later, on 13th. This was all confirmed by them through email. I then received another email saying that they were sorry that they couldn’t deliver on 3rd (which I’d cancelled) but would deliver on 7th. Not a date that I’d asked for. Contacted again and told they would deliver on 13th. Then got email saying we will deliver you parcel today 7th. Phoned APC (again!) and told that the driver knows my order won’t be delivered today AND confirmed that it was scheduled for 13th. Arrived home late evening 9th April and found the large parcel laying by my front door - with a delivery note showing the original date of 3rd April. Useless!!

Would give them less than one star if able, failed on all counts for a next day delivery. Should have received package Tuesday 31st March today is Thursday 2nd April evening and still waiting. When I made a phone enquiry was told they will "try" to deliver today
