First occurrence. Days late at delivering the package and waited for me to message them before the important package was delivered.
Second most recent time van seen on tracker less than 10 mins away, yet still failed to deliver package on due date

Not impressed at all, I was miss lead, in to having the insurance auto renew…. When they say about using your card for future payments, they don’t mean each month they mean auto renew, and then they will charge you when you cancel it. Even though I sold 6 months ago and I remembered saying I don’t want it to auto renew… I have asked them in 3 different emails to send me proof of the phone recording and yet still no proof.

Unless we are contacted before the renewal date, all our policies are set to automatically renew. It is the policy holder's responsibility to contact us if you/they don’t want to go ahead with the policy renewal.
The automatic renewal process is also confirmed before the policy is set up.
