They said they attempted delivery. However, they failed to provide any proof, and when I looked at my doorbell camera, there is no footage of anyone approaching my property within 30 minutes either side of the claimed attempted delivery. No options to contact them, no option to organise a redelivery.

I've shopped with Scan for years, but recently I was fortunate enough to be one of the lucky souls who grabbed a RTX 3000 series card from Scan.
Scan appears to be the only major online retailer in the UK who is not only trying to put graphics cards in the hand of gamers, but to do so at MSRP. Other competitors have significantly marked up their offerings so that they're just below scalper prices.
Scan's customer service has always been excellent and they have helpful guides on their website to help you navigate the sometimes overwhelming choice of PC parts and tech on offer.
Given the enormous pressure they must be under during the scalp-apocalypse, it's great to see that they're trying so hard to do right by their customers.
The customer service has been consistent in its excellence over the years, all items come well packaged and delivery times/prices are always reasonable.
I have zero hesitations in recommending Scan.
