Very helpful staff

Huge thanks to Orla and Casey at American Holidays for all your help with booking our holiday, Casey was brilliant online answering all my questions and Orla gave me great advice over the phone on where best to stay and package that best suited us.
They made the whole process so easy that I booked and paid in full there & then. Fantastic customer service from them both.

Megan was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful throughout the booking process. I liked that she was enthusiastic about the hotels she booked us in and she offered cheaper options for flights and accommodation too.

Aisling was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help us find the right property for our holiday, making sure everything suited our needs perfectly.

This isn't the first time I've booked through American Holidays, and once again the customer service was outstanding. The holiday in 2025 was fantastic, and the whole booking process was smooth and stress-free.

Just booked my holiday with Amanda. Great service I had a lot of questions regarding flights and the different cruise companies and Amanda went above and beyond with the different flight quotes and cruise companies, I had many questions which she answered and gave me great tips regarding the place I was going to and travel insurance information regarding my holiday. She is friendly and professional and I feel very comfortable and confident in the booking that I have just made.

Myself and my partner booked our big american trip with Amanda, and god help her, we made more changes and messing with ideas, but she was alway super on the ball and helped us plan the perfect holiday!

Highly recommend Amanda to deal with and the company as a whole!

Claire and Edel have been really helpful to find us our perfect bespoke US road trip. Nothing has been too much trouble for them. I would recommend this company and will book with them in the future.
