Poor customer service
We emailed Cassidy Travel on 01/07/26 enquiring about a Mediterranean cruise in May 2027, as they claim to be cruise specialists. To be fair they responded promptly. There were some emails requesting further information which we responded to & awaited some itinerary options. On 13/07/25, as we'd received no further communication we emailed AGAIN.
We clearly stated that we we're anxious to decide on a destination and get a deposit paid. To our disappointment we received NO response. So we went and booked with Magic Vacations. To add to our disappointment on 20/07/26 (1 week later) we received a 2 line email saying how our email on 13/07/26 had been " MISSED" and had we "GOT SORTED"? The mystery for us, is why email requesting additional information and then not follow through with some itinerary options. It was obvious we we're genuinely interested in booking a cruise and were not time wasters. To say the least it it was extremely POOR customer service 😢
