The guy who booked my holiday was 100% helpful & was very thorough .. only downside was Ryan air changed flight times & only reason I booked it was the original flight times suited very annoying ☹️

We looked at a number of Travel…
We looked at a number of Travel companies before settling with Budget Travel. We go to Turkey every year. This year we felt we got the best value for money. Our sales representative Rebecca O’Brien was incredible. So patient and kind with us and really researched our chosen hotel to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for. As a party of seven with people taking different flights and different room styles it was not an easy task but she stayed with us communicating all the way. Having now arrived and half way through our holiday we are so thankful to her. Could not recommend Budget Travel and in particular Rebecca for her help, kindness and general happy positive demeanour. Well done.

I had an amazing and lovely experience with Rebecca. I wanted to call to book a holiday for a date I didn’t see available on the website and Rebecca couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. We left the payment date very close as we are looking to leave very soon, and Rebecca made everything possible. I had a great laugh with her and I’m looking forward to book with her again.

Very disappointed as we are just back…
Very disappointed as we are just back from krakow and Hannah was so lovely and organised all our holiday for us and was very polite and efficient. But unfortunately I rang on Wednesday 1st July to book krakow again for next year and was talking to Andrew who questioned me why we were going for 11 nights to krakow saying it was too long and was short with me on phone and checked it up and said that the hotel hadn’t released its rooms yet for next year. Surely it’s myself and my husbands own business if we want to go back for however long we want. So we have booked krakow for next year with a different tour operator yesterday who I found to be so nice and polite and so efficient and was able to book the same hotel we were asking Andrew about and no problems whatsoever and no questions asked and because we are 30 years married next year they are emailing hotel to look after us

I have listened back on your phonecall with Andrew and I want to assure you that Andrew’s questions did not come from a place of malice, but rather from a genuine concern to ensure our clients get the absolute best out of their holiday. Krakow is traditionally a short-stay destination, and Andrew was trying to ensure you wouldn't run out of things to see or do during an 11-night stay.
I am disappointed to hear that you booked with an alternative travel agency and we apologise if Andrew's approach came across anything other than being helpful but this was not his intention.

Booked a very much needed last-minute break to Malta via agent Hannah. Figured we would pay a lot for a little. Absolutely amazing resort in a fantastic area, and it actually matches the pictures.
