Sovereign don’t offer the same level of service on booked holidays that they used to unfortunately. However we can’t fault the ladies we have spoken to at the call centre, as they have always been helpful and polite when booking or on follow up calls.
Some of the little things that make sovereign holidays luxury have disappeared - the included transfers from and to the airport, the lounge at the airport, plane seats included and the call 2 weeks before travel. It’s a shame but I guess all businesses are having to make cut backs.
Apart from this our holiday was excellent and we enjoyed visiting Kefalonia again. Our hotel was fantastic and the area lovely. The weather was perfect too.

A wonderful experience booking our honeymoon with Sovereign Luxury Travel. Our travel planner (Artan) was very communicative, knowledgeable and helpful. He supported us to find the perfect holiday within our budget. He provided 3 quotes based on our criteria, providing information about which hotels he had selected and why. Some of the hotels, he'd visited himself and recommended based on his own experience. We loved our hotel! It was beautiful. Lots of additional extras were included as it was our honeymoon which Artan communicated with the hotel regarding. Additionally, I have a food allergy that Artan messaged the hotel about prior to our arrival meaning that I could have a meeting with staff about my dietary requirements on arrival. A great personalised experienced. Would book with Sovereign again. Thank you.

Third holiday booked with Sovereign in 3 years and now my go to. They provide genuine knowledge of destinations, understanding of your needs and real time customer service, instead of hiding behind a website. Destinations and hotels are always that extra luxury and cannot recommend enough.

As always, very helpful and sorted out what we wanted. Would highly recommend.
