Rachel was fantastic at sorting our holiday to New York and then onto Mexico she had great knowledge and was very helpful with showing us hotels and gave us time to consult with our daughter on the dates

Meghan Fitzgerald is the girl I dealt with she was amazing so helpful and understood everything I was wanting to make my holiday special she’s amazing I definitely go back to her if I’m booking again I did pass on her name to another lady that’s looking to go with her family and I told her to deal with this girl she’s amazing, very understanding and help you every way

Everything was great from start to finish. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and extremely accommodating to your every need. Ali in the Belfast store was on the ball with anything we needed. To put it into perspective we came home on a Sunday afternoon and had booked next year's holiday by the following Saturday through American Holidays. Best recommendation a company can receive is repeat business.

Really happy with our experience booking our America trip. Ashling was really friendly and took the time to go through all the different options with us. She had great knowledge of the different areas and was able to give us some really useful advice on what would work best for our trip. We felt very well looked after throughout the booking process and are really looking forward to the trip!

Amanda was really helpful from the get go, I started talking to her through the online chat which was really helpful as I got to ask her questions and she sorted out a package deal while I was working and sent it over via email, she answered all the questions I had, sent me multiple packages and then when me and my partner found our dream holiday and was happy we went ahead and booked. This was such an easy process and Amanda gave me all the details I needed. Got my confirmation quickly after we spoke. Now just excited to go! Thank u!!!
