Great car. Really quick and easy.

I can trurely recomend Cicar car rental. Everything was perfect, especially a new car. Service crew was on time and the rules where clear. 100% satisfaction.

Everything was perfect! The car rent was really easy, all costs were included in price and there wasnt any surprise with added costs. The personel is profesional and nice. The car was clean and well-groomed. Peugeot 208 is perfect for the roads of Canary Islas.

First time renting in Gran Canaria and I must say it was reasonably priced and great service overall. No problems and a brand new car that had hardly been used. Very happy. One thing I would say if the language in the car was Dutch so I had to fiddle around to find English but got there in the end. Thanks CiCar look flared to renting from you again next year.

Very fast and easy pick up…excellent car and very clean.had the car for a week with no trouble and then the drop off was again easy and prompt…highly recommend and will definitely use again the next time I visit .

It was our first time using Cicar and it was a seamless process from start to finish. The booking website was simple to follow, the collection staff were polite and professional, vehicle type was better than requested as it was automatic and the return system very simple.

Pleasant staff, modern vehicle (Cupra Formentor). However, why wasn't the hybrid vehicle's battery charged? In terms of fuel consumption, an uncharged hybrid vehicle uses more fuel and offers poorer performance. We were unable to charge it ourselves because the charging cable was missing from the vehicle. Yet, there is untapped solar potential, as the vehicles are conveniently parked under shade structures (without solar panels) when you pick them up at the airport.

I have used Cicar 3 times now in Gran Canaria, and for the first 2 trips they were fantastic. However, this time things did not work out well at all. We waited 2 hours for our car to be cleaned at the airport, and when it arrived it had a near empty fuel tank, despite the paperwork claiming it had 1 quarter of a tank full. We went straight to the petrol station where we discovered it had a fault with the Ford Easy Fuel system preventing us from filling it. We went straight back to Cicar at the airport and had to wait another 30 minutes for a replacement vehicle. We were given a minivan covered in dents and scratches, missing trim, rubber seals hanging off the doors, damaged interior panels, stains, and the bumper hanging on by cable ties. They did give us some free fuel, but honestly - having paid over €650 (£560) for 7 days, and losing hours of our holiday, I feel cheated.

Rented a car for the full week. Was the same price as the transfer with TUI. Online was easy to select and book a car, I emailed with a few questions and got an answer within minutes. Pick up was also easy at Las Palmas airport; payment at the desk at arrivals and just pick up the car in the garage across the airport. And when it’s time to go home just park the car in one of Cicar’s spots, give them the key and done. Fair price, nice cars and no deposit to pay next to the rental fee. If we go to the Canary Islands again I would definitely rent a car at Cicar again!

This is my fifth year renting a car from CICAR, and I have always had an excellent experience.

The booking process is very easy, and their comprehensive insurance gives you great peace of mind. I also really appreciate that I can add family members as additional drivers at no extra cost.

Their cars are clean, well-maintained, and in very good condition, and the staff are always friendly, professional, and extremely helpful.

One of the things I particularly appreciate is their excellent service even at late hours. I returned the car at 1:00 a.m., and there was still someone there to welcome me and assist with the return.

Overall, I highly recommend CICAR and will definitely continue renting from them.
