When we were picking up no queues, a couple of signatures and payment really simple , car was about 2 minutes walk away , really nice spotlessly clean .
Just as easy when returning , park in any parking space return the key to the office and tell them the number of the parking space all done

Booking online was easy, and the price was excellent. Check-in and check-out were simple and straightforward. Staff were very polite and helpful. The car I rented was fine and did what I needed, but reminded me why I never bought a Citroen in my life.

Best by far I’ve been using Auto Reisen for 26…
I’ve been using Auto Reisen for 26 years I started to go to tenerife in 2000 then bought an apartment in 2004 I have always had 5 star service off them. I tried a couple of others when I first started then tried Auto Reisen and the difference in service and efficiency and best of all the cost off hiring a car puts them way out in front of the other hire car firms on the island. I always recommend them to anyone when they ask my opinion. Keep up the good work.

You Get What You Pay For!!
Based on other reviews on Trustpilot, I decided to use Auto Reisen when recently hiring a car in Lanzarote. They were more expensive than their competitors, but very happy with the service I received and would definitely use them again. Very fast service. No delays on pick-up or drop-off.
