Great company and very competitive price. The car was new! Was a bit tricky to find their desk and car park at Málaga airport. But I had a great experience and the staff is young and very nice. Thanks Mario for being helpful at the desk

We booked (and payed) the check-in express option for a car hire and completed online all requested information.
When we got to the Malaga airport, there was no dedicated counter for express check-in, so we had to "cut" the line to ask for it, raising the understandable ire of other customers on the line.
The counter staff claimed their system showed our reservation did not include the express check-in service. We showed them our reservation mail (directly from Gobycar) clearly stating the inclusion of the check-in extra. All to no avail.
After 45 minutes of queue waiting (with our 3 small children), we finally got our turn. The system then magically showed that our reservation indeed had the express check-in service, which we now had lost.
No apologies, no solutions. Never again with Gobycar.

Feel totally mugged off by this company. Lots of hidden costs when you go to collect the car. Also an extra 150€ taken for a deposit for making sure the tank comes back with a full tank of petrol- when it only costs 40€ to fill it up in the first place.
Also not informed to make sure car has been cleaned inside before you bring back. If you haven’t got time to pop to a garage to vacuum it costs you another 60€. Also you don’t get the deposit back for 4 days which they don’t tell you that when you pay your deposit
Also took out insurance with my easy jet car hire only to be told at the service desk I needed to pay another £148 for car insurance and to add my husband another £41.
Will never use this company again

They charge a fee for out of office hours which is not communicated on the booking confirmation .
