Taken my delivery today from Ian and Gabriele - what a relief to see these two lovely gents - had very negative delivery experiences previously with company Cotswold used to use - what a refreshing change today - so polite, friendly and helpful.
Another mention for Lisa in the Outlet at Norwich - exceptional service from Lisa, nothing too much trouble, absolutely went the extra mile - thank you so much Lisa.
As ever, love my items from Cotswold - my house is like a Cotswold showroom!

Had cause to contact P & F about a product missing from my order, just wanted to say I was so impressed by the speed of response and the matter was sorted so quickly, efficiently and politely by Miller there, thank you Miller :)

Harling Electrical have helped us with a number of electrical projects, from garden lighting, to wiring up a shed to fitting an electrical vehicle charger. Whatever the job they are always professional, knowledgeable and friendly - a pleasure to have working at the house and we would not consider going anywhere else for any electrical work.

How comforting to have Tupperware back in my home - brings back lovely memories of time gone by! Really find all my pieces practical and of course, superb quality. One of my pieces did develop a fault but this was very quickly replaced under the warranty and accompanied by a personal email to apologise; such a refreshing change to receive good old fashioned customer service, much appreciated.

Really pleased with the service from White Stores - in particular, Saffron, whom I contacted at a weekend to see if I could retrospectively add something to my order - this was not possible administratively at the weekend but, nevertheless, Saffron took it on and arranged for this to be done and payment to be taken on the Monday without any further contact from myself. Furthermore, she arranged delivery at a date to suit ourselves when the dates being offered were impractical. Refreshing to experience some 'old school' customer service, thank you, Saffron!

Shocking service to my area from Evri, 3 parcels from 3 separate retailers where replacement parcels had to be despatched with alternative couriers owing to weeks of delay in delivering. Starting to avoid shopping with retailers who use Evri.
