Great product but lousy customer service
Great product but lousy customer service. Once your AGA is past its warranty period, although you’ve (in our case) paid over £8,000 for it don’t try and call customer service. The recoded message says they are overwhelmed with customers trying to get hold of them - during these exceptional times they say- and then they hang up on you. You can’t leave a message but just try again and again with sadly the same result. They don’t seem to respond to emails either - even when the’re automated reply says they will respond within 24 hours. Will never recommend.

I asked for information but was refused
I asked for information but was told I would need to get an engineer on site to answer my question. I am a fully qualified electrical engineer with over 40 years experience but I was refused some very simple instructions. Not a happy customer. In reply to your comment the information I was after was about how to acces the hot plates to clean around them, I have since found a helpful blog on youtube which shows what I ask and more. So I still think your policy is greed.

They were able to resolve a technical issue promptly with our electrician. Excellent verbal handover. Excellent post installation assistance with the Kendal Sales Team. WE are thrilled with our AGA.

We bought a Rayburn 3 1/2 years ago for…
We bought a Rayburn 3 1/2 years ago for £13K. It was installed by a plumber recommended by Aga Rayburn, it has been regularly serviced by the same plumber. The cooker has melted the internal steel work causing irreparable damage. Aga Rayburn are not standing by the machine. Do not install Rayburn’s! Over priced with terrible customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Superb customer service five years later
I received extremely empathetic and helpful response from Alex regarding a kettle “whistle “ that was disintegrating after five years. Really couldn’t have been more helpful and Aga are replacing the whistle free of charge! - THANK YOU AGA!

Aga heaven
Aga arrived yesterday after decades of dreaming about owning one & I’m in Aga heaven !
Andy & Steve delivered our beautiful present to myself arriving on time with a very well packaged Aga.
Our cottage is C1750 so no wall or floor is level including our work surfaces. Steve took a very generous amount of time to ensure the Aga sat level & met our expectations which were in fact lower than his exacting standards!
We received an induction on how to operate it together with guidance to allow the ‘new’ smell to be cooked off.
I genuinely can’t thank them & the Aga team enough for a well made beautiful heart to our kitchen & home.

Skip and Zen are quite a double act! My Aga was delivered and installed so efficiently- they made it look easy!
Alongside all the manoeuvring and wiring etc they delivered masses of information and tips for how to get the best from it.
