The company is easy to deal with & communication is good. Only hiccup this time was that we were given a 2pm check-in & the housekeeper was still there at 3pm. Andrew was very helpful & we were given compensation for their mistake. I’d book with them again.

I always use the Trainline app., it’s so handy & if a refund’s required it’s sent quickly. Easy to choose your ticket type.

Tried to download Paybyphone app at Stonehenge 8/9 & I was taken to a scam site & £39.95 taken from my credit card, then £29.95 two weeks later. Received no email from appsility to say I’d inadvertently signed up for a subscription to something. Bank stopped second charge & fraud reported. Always use your phone’s App Store to download apps. I wonder how many others parked at Stonehenge that day & were conned? Check your statements.

We ordered a cover for our AFK Cottage Arbour & it was delivered within 24 hours of ordering. It’s just perfect & is great quality. The company’s communication by email & phone was very professional & prompt. I would purchase from them again. You can find cheaper covers, but they’re not tailored to fit this specific arbour.
