I received the wrong product.
I received the wrong product.
I have emailed looking for a refund of the price plus the postage, both ways if you want the incorrect product returned.
I am very disappointed. Nobody contacted me to check if a replacement product would be acceptable. It is not.

OK, could be better
OK, star off because of the ridiculous packaging.
Others than that, great experience. Easy ordering and choosing but the packaging was terrible. Box the size of Spain for a small robin crystal.
The robin itself is beautiful and I'll be buying more but I'll do it when I'm over so no shite packaging.

Where the lamp I bought was beautiful I was very disappointed in the after sale service. I send an email to your customer service team about not been prompted or advised about the best bulb for the lamp and I got a very rude response saying any screw in bulb should do which was definitely not the correct information as there was no wattage or description of bulb.so yes a very disappointed customer experience for me.
